Ella Park has been amazing for everything attire related for our wedding! From my dress, reception dress, bridesmaids and groomsman they have been so helpful! Katie was my consultant and made me feel so comfortable! They are truly experts at what they do!

Your store and employees are so down to earth. When other places turned me away for not having an appointment, you welcomed me with open arms even when you were busy. The customer service was absolutely superb and professional. You understood what I wanted, weren't pushy at all, kind, and very helpful. Your dresses are exquisite, well made, and priced well too. Choosing my dream dress was effortless and I couldn't be happier (thank you, Dana!). You won't get any of this at those big chain stores; just another reason to support your local businesses! I will continue to highly recommend you to everyone. Thank you all for providing us with our suits, bridesmaid dresses, and my stunning gown!

Also, another reviewer made a comment about their gowns starting at $1000. I'm not sure how this is, as there were many below that price range, including mine.

The Ella Park Bridal staff is AMAZING! The second I walked in the door they made me feel like a princess. They listened to my wants and needs in a wedding dress but made me comfortable with enough to Take their suggestions too.

I came in not expecting to find my wedding gown and fell in love with a dress. Emily was incredible and celebrating with me and listening to me.

When I need alterations, the staff was incredibly supportive in my wants being considerate of my budget. They answered every question I had thoroughly and patiently.

Once COVID-19 struck, the staff was patient with me on postponing my wedding & being from out of state. I cannot imagine getting my wedding gown anywhere else. It is beautiful & the staff made it even better! Can t wait for my wedding day in my Ella Park Dress!

This was my very first wedding dress try on. I am a plus size woman and was very afraid I would not find a dress. Katie was a wonderful. Katie treated me with respect and assisted with finding my perfect dress. Katie listened to me on what I thought I wanted. Katie ended up finding a dress for me that was not on my list. It was perfect! I have never felt more beautiful. Thank you Katie and Ella Park. My wedding dress dreams have been made.

Lizzy was so wonderful. I came in having a vague idea of what I wanted and she chose the perfect dresses to help me figure out what I actually liked. She was so kind and patient with my ignorance and incredibly knowledgeable about their inventory. She was also very sweet and accommodating to my family. The store is clean and well lit, and the bridal suites are cute and cozy. I simply could not have had a better experience.

We purchased my wedding gown here and the experience was fantastic, however, I took my bridesmaids here to look for their dresses as well, and the experience was down right embarrassing.
To start, I went before I brought my girls here to try on some bridesmaids dresses to get an idea of style. I (very quickly) tried on about 5 dresses and was told we only had time for one more. I made an hour appointment for this, however when the girl realized she wouldn t be making any commission off this appointment, she began to rush it. OIt took me all of 20 minutes to try these dresses on, but was essentially told to hurry it up and just pick one. Two of my bridesmaids are plus sized, which I made very clear when I scheduled our appointment and specifically asked that we have a wide range of sizes available to try on, no matter the style of dress. When we arrived, the girl helping us let us look through some dresses, and pulled three styles for them to try on, the largest being a size 14 (keep in mind these dress sizes run about 2 sizes smaller than ordinary clothing.) Neither of my bridesmaids were even close to comfortable trying on this size. When we began going over designers and sizing, the girl helping us (whose name I don t remember), told us who the designer of our favorite dress was, cut her eyes to one of my girls and said well he only goes up to a size 16, so... and looked her up and down. I was mortified. My girls were embarrassed. The whole appointment was just uncomfortable and disgusting. I felt awful for even bringing my girls here. Again, my experience with purchasing my wedding gown, alterations, etc was great. I had a different girl helping me and she was phenomenal. I strongly suggest anyone over a size 12 to steer clear. There was a clear difference in treatment and it was very upsetting.
If you are searching for bridesmaids dresses, I strongly suggest Azzazie (website) where you can order custom sizes of hundreds of dresses and they are great quality at an awesome price. This is where we got ours after this experience. All 4 of my girls (of very different shapes & sizes) are comfortable and extremely pleased with the dresses!

I wasn't sure what I was going to do for a wedding dress (I had been to plenty of bridal salons but hadn't found a dress I really wanted), so naturally I waited until the last minute. 4 months before my wedding I decided to try again and find a dress for the wedding. I don't live in Evansville anymore, but having grown up there I wanted to get married in Evansville. When I was home planning my wedding, I stopped by Ella Park in a panic trying to find a dress. My only real option was to buy a sample dress. I bought the first sample dress that fit because I am rather tall (6 foot 1) and most dresses are not long enough without having to be custom made, and truth be told, I HATED it.

When I went in for my fitting 2 days later, I started crying when I had the dress on. It was too big, it wasn't my style, and I was miserable. The seamstress could tell, and said she would go talk to the manager. Dana came in and saved the day. She told me that I could exchange the dress I had bought for any dress of equal of more value. I have never heard of a bridal salon letting you exchange a dress, and I had probably been to 15 in South Florida trying to find the perfect dress months prior. I ended up finding the perfect dress at Ella Park, and I couldn't be happier. Thank you so much for accommodating me, and taking my feelings into consideration. You helped me find a dress that is "me", and made it painless. I can't wait to wear it on my wedding day!

Ella park bridal was the best experience a bride could ask for! Katie was my bridal consult and she was amazing! I got to find the dress of my dreams and I loved every bit of the experience. The staff was extremely rude to me and my mom! I cannot believe that this place is in business when they deal with customers with such disrespect. I called them to inquire about my bridesmaid s dress and their exact words were we don t need too many hands in the pot acting like I shouldn t call ask about my purchase? I was told by a fellow bridesmaid that some of the dresses were ruined in transit.. I would expect that situation was worthy of a phone call so I decided to check on my dress. Previously, I was told by a worker that all the dresses were made from the exact same dyed fabric so there weren t any variances. My friends received texts about their dresses being ready so I just called to check on my own. My mom called back after hearing how they treated me and the manager Steve was extremely rude to her. He said we are all family here so I have nothing to say to you . He didn t apologize for how his staff was treating a customer AT ALL. This establishment is an embarrassment to the community and I would recommend all future brides and bridesmaids to beware. If I was a bride and was treated like this... I would find a new dress immediately.. no matter the cost. I will never work with this establishment again.

Only wanted to show dresses over price that was discussed. When my daughter told associate what she did not like in a dress she kept bring that type of dress. She was rude and short with my daughter. My daughter walked away feeling not so special on her day!

Elizabeth helped me and she was literally AMAZING. I had been to two dress stores the day before and those were my first times. By the time I went to ella park bridal I had a decent idea of what I wanted. They called me the day before and asked me how my other appointments went, we talked about what I liked and didn't. Next morning I called them again on my way because I had more of a better idea and they still fully listened to me. When we got to the appointment I could see how well she listened to me in the dresses she was pulling for me. I had a large group go with me and she didn t seem phased by it at all. She supported me and helped me find the words to describe how I was feeling. Each time I said something I didn t like and she pulled a new dress it was closer and closer to what I wanted. When I got it down to two dresses she pulled the one I wasn t wearing and held it up beside me so I could see them side by side. I ended up saying yes to the dress and was not expecting it. I am beyond happy I did and I have no regrets at all. I d recommend going here to anyone! I am also not a super skinny girl and there was plenty for me to try and I never felt in any form shamed. Elizabeth hyped me up the entire time and made it so much fun.

It was a wonderful experience. The ladies were very patient and happy to help me find the right dress for me. I d recommend to anyone looking for a wedding dress!
