Elkor Review

It is an overpriced place. Not anyone can afford buying there. However, you may find some goods that can rarely be found in other supermarkets or stores. I wish they had reusable shopping bags for the customers, so I did not carry the purchase on my shoulders, hands and etc throughout the whole store. Of course, having a wardrobe would have been also a benefit.

Don't like this shop. The quality of the goods does not match the price. Servicing does not always correspond to what is needed. Several sellers have difficulties with Latvian.

Never buy goods in Elkor stores if you are Latvian or foreigners (not crystalline)
This shop is still living in Soviet nostalgia and is seen as idiots by customers.
A product that has one day and is not used cannot be exchanged because it is seen purchased physically in the store.

Call me to the customer service center. Only Russian speakers serve customers. A racist attitude if you are a Latvian or a foreigner who calls or buys a physical store.
When I ask the person's info to write a complaint, it is private at once. But who in their shop with special pins with Words and what do they do in the store then it is not private?
Good to have, it's privacy law, but if you at that time working in customer service, there must be something a code or because I do not see but human as I call.

Also, this shop sells a product with defects.
We bought 2 items and both were defective.

Worst service ever. Bought a Sony rx 100 V camera on 09.07.2018, exactly in 8 days it just turned of and stopped charging. Used it 5 times max, never dropped it. They said it s my fault and told me it will be 290 to fix it. When you buy a thousand euros camera, this is not what you expect.

Prices are higher, but the choices are, some vendors are really knowledgeable, I love service if any item breaks down!
