Never buy goods in Elkor stores if you are Latvian or foreigners (not crystalline)
This shop is still living in Soviet nostalgia and is seen as idiots by customers.
A product that has one day and is not used cannot be exchanged because it is seen purchased physically in the store.
What is it about swelling.

Call me to the customer service center. Only Russian speakers serve customers. A racist attitude if you are a Latvian or a foreigner who calls or buys a physical store.
When I ask the person's info to write a complaint, it is private at once. But who in their shop with special pins with Words and what do they do in the store then it is not private?

Also, this shop sells a product with defects.
We bought 2 items and both were defective.
