The sellers are rude and it feels like they are doing you a favor talking to you. So arrogant! Horror !

This is for rich and choosy people. But they can find there nearly everything they need. For good money of course.

There was nothing to find, the staff did not help, a seller does not speak Latvian, there was almost nothing in the online store.

I ordered the product online, after five days of waiting I called and found out that the product was not even shipped. I agreed to collect the plaza, where I was handed the wrong item, which I found when I got home. The product was changed, but the employees had to look for it due to incorrect markings on the products. In my experience, it's hard to recommend to anyone.

Very bad service! Bought a tumble dryer online at elkor.lv It came faulty, cannot be used, trying to return it as per 14 days return policy, but elkor is insisting to send it to some sort of diagnostics and denying to comply with the customer law. At the end I have to take it to the warehouse myself as they want to charge me for a pick up. The worst customer service I ve ever experienced. I don t recommend this shop.
We bought a drying machine in the online store elkor.lv The dryer was brought broken, I wanted to use the buyer's right to return the goods within 14 days, but the store employee insists on an examination of the goods, and also says that I used the goods and it is not in a new state. As a result, I was offered to send a courier, which I have to pay for myself or carry the goods myself to their warehouse. Disgusting service, never met such a thing. I do not recommend buying from Elcor !!

If something cannot be found in other stores, it is always worth to go to Elkor. Although prices are much higher than elsewhere, it is often possible to find very good things that are not elsewhere but all in one store. Often there are different sales and promotions!

A large, spacious store, excellent, high-quality clothing and equipment, and all the goods are super. The warranty is above all praise if. Elkor Plaza is a smart store for people. Wheelchairs available, there are elevators on the second floor. The staff is trained!

Wide parking space - always easy to drive by car. There is not much crowding in the store.

Clean, to the left at the entrance there is a restaurant with delicious inexpensive lunches. Of the stores, mainly clothing, shoes, sports, electronics. At the very end of the hall there is a future live, where some interesting informative and entertaining exhibition can send their children, and adults where you can spend a great time.

The highest price in the city. But a lot on what you can see live. Consultants with knowledge of relevant issues. But impudently expensive. But if you do not mind the significant plus in the price, then probably even all 5 stars.

It's a really interesting open plan shopping centre. Reminds a lot of Asian fake brand markets but cleaner and with actually branded items. It is however very overpriced, a lot of things you can order from UK and still pay cheaper!

Besides electronics there is also a grocery store. Prices are much higher, but more interesting things for quick gifts.

I like this place. Easy access (including public transport), very wide range of Quality Goods, spacious halls, good air, responsive consultants; can also eat delicious and buy something for dinner or a party.
