Rather huge store for clothing and everything else, not the cheapest.

Good store, comfortable large parking. A wide range of goods from jewelry to irons and vacuum cleaners. The only minus the price of space, if you want to buy something, wait for discounts.

Possibly the worse customer service for years. Truly quite remarkable. Anything related to faulty products or warranty gets delayed massively if you will even get it sorted. Every time you have to argue that its the law that makes them to process warranty.
Avoid if possible!

If you're a big money spender, you can go there.. but actually, the place belongs to some kind of a Russia Mafia. How I know that, well.. how can this enormously big shop work, if there's so few visitors to keep employment, electricity etc.. our country don't give them any extra papers. A good shop but with lies from RUS.. just my opinion

for the same prices as in elkor plaza you can buy tickets and hotel I. e. to Berlin and buy clothes there and still save money

You can buy pretty much anything here, but prices are probably highest in Riga.

Terrible (none existent) customer service. If you have the slightest issue with the goods purchased (large home appliance in our case), you can forget about the 14 days so called return policy.
They will tell you they need to run a diagnostic that will take up to 14 days. It does not matter if you take it back, obviously unused.
In our case the appliance made such a sound it was not usable, we switched once to test it, decided to take it back.
But no.
So forget what you read: the 14-day policy is clearly up to them, there is nothing mentioned anywhere.
Stay away, there are many other shops around.

Very good choice, pleasant and friendly service. All in one shopping center - from clothes, sporting goods and accessories to electrical engineering. Prices bite, but on sales you can buy many products cheaper than in online stores.

When buying any item check whether there is a defect. Warranty service is terrible, not repaired in my case. Customer service is also not responsive. When buying online I suggest you choose another service.

Expensive but a great choice to go only if you planned
