The service was very good. It was timely. The staff were all good to work with. And recommendations were made on how to avoid future problems. Communications between the 3 staff members I worked with was also very good. Each time I communicated with a new service person, they knew the details of the previous service persons work. So, even though I did not talk to the same person twice, I felt comfortable with the follow through by each and attention to detail. A very good first impression!

I appreciate that I can pick up the phone and get technical assistance from a knowledgeable and friendly PERSON right away. I've had ECS maintain my computers for years to keep them up to par, and my last PC was still working at 6 years old even though I've chosen to upgrade. Through their service plans, you can get peace of mind and it is well worth the price (which isn't out of line by the way); not to mention it's just a pleasure to talk to anyone at ECS. Everyone there is stellar and interesting!

My laptop was moving so slow I felt like I was back on dial up! I took in in and Chris took the time to show me what was happening with my hard drive and explain to me what a new solid state drive could do to improve performance. I had the new solid state drive installed and my laptop works better than when new! I also have the ultimate service plan with them and it has saved me more than once! ESC is now my only go to for computer questions and needs. So great for a non-tech person like myself to work with people who can explain clearly what is going on. Thank you!

Was very happy with everything. I called Elkhorn Computer and they was very friendly and told me to bring in my tower. They told me how to get there and they took care of the problems and I was very happy to be able to use my computer again. I would go back again and tell others how good they are

We took a computer in to have it scanned for viruses: Zero follow-up, they couldn't remember what we asked to have done between one call and the next, we had to provide them with our passwords multiple times, not really sure if they actually did anything while they had the computer for a week. Too bad because this used to be a great little business.

We were just in the area for a couple of days. Brought the computer along hoping, by chance, we could get it fixed. So glad we found you and you were able to get on it and get it fixed on a Saturday. It was diagnosed. We received a call from you tech explaining the problem and told us what the cost would be to fix it. We authorized the repair and it was quickly repaired. They replaced a 5 year old laptop touch screen for me about 6 months ago. They were the most responsive place when we called around to inquire about repair and they were able to find a hard-to-find replacement. The laptop still works great.
