Fitness First, Dee Why, Sydney, NSW Review

Phils Monday morning cycle class is easily the best group fitness class I've been to (across any gym franchise). He's going to be missed for a few months.

Some of the equipment need to be updated as they are used a bit otherwise one of the best gyms I have visited so far.
Love the pool and the steam cabin too.
The 24*7 opening hours are limited to trained members but a very useful option.

I don't usually write reviews like this but after this morning I felt compelled to do so. I have started coming to the club at 5:30 on Thursday mornings and there is a reason I just keep coming back for more. The two receptionists that open in the morning, one is a bloke with tattoos - Levi and I think the other is a young girl her name might be Julie? Every time I walk into the gym and in spite of it being busy, they greet me with a smile and have good vibes constantly radiating from them. Regardless of the issue or problem, they are calm, cool and collected and never fail to get the job done. Amazing pair of young people- this generation is looking promising!!! Give these guys a raise !

Anitta at the front desk would have to be one of the rudest and most unprofessional person I have ever met. How this woman keeps her job boggles the mind!

I recently decided to get a personal trainer here to start me off in the right direction, soo glad i did as 'Stefan' was an amazing trainer and was able to correct me on a number of key movements and techniques i had been doing wrong for years! not only that he set me up with a personalised programme that was perfect for my own strength and goals,his motivation and help was genuine and he was able to give me some really helpful nutritional information as well, id highly recommend him to help you on your fitness journey no matter what level your at

Would not do the right thing for my daughter when she came to cancel. No notification to her about the approaching end of her 12 month contract yet just keep taking fortnightly payments.
Work with your customers - not against them.
She s gone to Crunch now. Cleaner, newer equipment, friendlier staff and a no lock-in contract.

Fitness first offers better conditions than Virgin Active, I m one happy chap to be part of their family

Very rude swim instructors that do not know how to deal with kids. Take you kid there and they will ensure you have really bad experience
