I appreciate that I can pick up the phone and get technical assistance from a knowledgeable and friendly PERSON right away. I've had ECS maintain my computers for years to keep them up to par, and my last PC was still working at 6 years old even though I've chosen to upgrade. Through their service plans, you can get peace of mind and it is well worth the price (which isn't out of line by the way); not to mention it's just a pleasure to talk to anyone at ECS. Everyone there is stellar and interesting!
