Elite Arion, a very nice product. At first it was very difficult to ride on the Arion, but after a few days it was absolutely easy. The ride on the Arion makes more fun as on the fixed Trainer. It is like ride on the streets, you have always to obtain the balance. A great advance for riding on the Arion is, that the bike remain clean. You have no additional work for bike cleaning. Absolut perfectly!

Been using an Elite turbo trainer for 14 months. The motherboard died, I emailed Elite and they arranged a new one to be sent out. I'm now back on the trainer and all is well. Thank you Elite, amazing customer service

I have an Elite Direto cycling trainer. I've been happy with my purchase, but an internal part failed last week and I feared that getting the Direto working again would be a real headache. I have to say that Elite's customer service was absolutely excellent. Given that the trainer is a large and heavy item, they helped me diagnose the problem and then quickly shipped parts for me to repair it myself. This meant that the Direto was working again within a few days of malfunctioning. So I have a good product and now the additional piece of mind in knowing it's backed with such responsive and helpful service.
