7 pallets for 3 hours still not done they literally doing nothing they just sitting there

My appt was 1400 , i arrived 1100 and they gived me a door right away. Got loaded less then 1hr

Avoid this company I m a truck driver drove 7 hours to pickup a load, arrive on time, just to find out they cancel te load, for no reason and I m not the only driver here with the same problem today.

Nastiest shipper ever! Definitely a scammer for all truck drivers! They don't clearly state the weight on the paper. When checked they confirmed cargo weights 20000lbs, but when fully loaded, it was over 50000lbs. No one hauls over 50000lbs. Shared this experience with fellow drivers and found out that this shipper is known for being dirty player. If anyone from the corporate sees review, you need to conduct audit and fire whoever is in charge of dispatching at your warehouse.

Terrible place to work they play around instead of working lead guys flirts with the employees they layed me off because I was off sick after I ask the lady at Personell Jennifer could I come back sooner and because my doctor note Said not to Monday she said I couldn't come back till then and they layed me off on monday and this is the warehouse on Harring Rd

I customer service here is totally out of line they actually have drivers waiting without any directions on anything no acknowledgement we will Be Right With You or anything I ve been standing in line For A While Along With Other Drivers I understand things happen but at the same time just speaking or telling us what s going on when we are ON TIME Would Really Help there is no reason people go in and out the office look at us standing there and don t say anything this is totally ridiculous I know whom ever is running this place is not running like this WOW

Garbage company. No one know what's going on in shipping/receiving. Been waiting here for 3 hours without anyone talking to me about the load.

Very good shipper!! One hour stayed there for pick up!
