Best doctor who operated both shoulders (mc injury) nice staff you are the best!

Nice and good staff, good food and breakfast, and all this in a very nice old building!

I just operated my foot and I have only positive things to say. An absolutely wonderful reception by the receptionist, nurses and doctors and I have never felt so restrained before. You are wonderful!

Odd that there are no reviews from recent months. It can be seen that there must be something wrong internally within the management and I can really understand that the elisabet hospital suffered mass dismissals six months ago. I would not like to work in such an environment. In addition, some professionals seem a little confused. which subject area they are specialized in and what are their duties. Never felt so badly treated by a doctor. It is not acceptable to comment on my life situation when looking for care for an orthopedic disorder!
Really do not understand what you believe to achieve with such an approach. So incredibly disappointed with your Aleris.

Terribly badly treated on the phone and how they handle their affairs.
I sought care for my daughter over two months ago (private insurance case) and we have not received any feedback at all when they intended to receive us, or how they would possibly handle our case.

We have gone to another hospital where within a couple of days we received both the first visit, the magnetic X-ray and subsequent feedback calls. The daughter received surgery time within 1 month and is now at home with us after the operation.

Still waiting for a response from Elisabeth Hospital!

If it were possible to leave 0 in grades, they would have received it.

Would never want to operate me anywhere other than at the Elizabeth Hospital in Uppsala. Great experience and care of nurses and doctors. You feel welcome and prioritized.
Recommended to anyone who has problems with the shoulder, knee, foot or wrist.

Felt very safe and seen during my treatment at Elisabeth Hospital. Had quite a pain after my surgery but got quick and professional help directly over the phone and recipes were printed just an hour after the call! Fantastic staff!

Extremely dissatisfied. My daughter's knee was operated on and when she would be anesthetized and operated on, I would wait in the waiting room. The operation would take +/- 20 min. After 2.5 hours of waiting, I went and heard a little how they were doing because I did not hear anything and then the nurse could tell me that the operation went well and that she was very tired after the operation. WHY THE WHOLE HELL DO YOU NOT COME DIRECTLY AFTER THE OPERATION AND TELL US HOW THEY WENT TO HER !!!

Good care, operated the shoulder 2 months ago and received good aftercare would like to be patient there if I should have other joint problems, eg my knee

Operated my foot about 1 week ago. Got a fantastic nice reception from all the staff, from the front desk to the doctor who operated me. Absolutely wonderful, caring, pleasant and knowledgeable. The whole hospital is also very nice and homely, a great place that makes a quiet.

I have been to Handkirugen a couple of times before and had my hand operated as an outpatient patient. I am very satisfied and grateful for the very friendly and professional treatment and treatments I have received.

So grateful for everything. 2 operations and some care visits in connection with these. Professional and nice at all levels; appointment, nursing, surgery and follow-up. Even the fellow patients have been nice. I would love to come back
