Terribly badly treated on the phone and how they handle their affairs.
I sought care for my daughter over two months ago (private insurance case) and we have not received any feedback at all when they intended to receive us, or how they would possibly handle our case.

We have gone to another hospital where within a couple of days we received both the first visit, the magnetic X-ray and subsequent feedback calls. The daughter received surgery time within 1 month and is now at home with us after the operation.

Still waiting for a response from Elisabeth Hospital!

If it were possible to leave 0 in grades, they would have received it.
