Extremely dissatisfied. My daughter's knee was operated on and when she would be anesthetized and operated on, I would wait in the waiting room. The operation would take +/- 20 min. After 2.5 hours of waiting, I went and heard a little how they were doing because I did not hear anything and then the nurse could tell me that the operation went well and that she was very tired after the operation. WHY THE WHOLE HELL DO YOU NOT COME DIRECTLY AFTER THE OPERATION AND TELL US HOW THEY WENT TO HER !!!
