Non responsive. I placed an order 6 days ago and it has not shipped. I've messaged them 3 times on Facebook asking about shipping. Each time they read it and ignore it. This is what I get for trying to support small business.

This place is amazing the staff is wonderful, professional, and knowledgeable. They truly know the meaning of customer service. Their selection of high end kayaks, skis, snowboards, skateboards, and RC car is unmatched in the area. The store itself is a whimsical character the upstairs is twice the size of the downstairs. How they get everything up there is a mystery to me. If you're in the area you have to stop by if for nothing else to see the shop dogs that always greet you with a wet happy nose

Excellent selection for any hobby. Parts and accessories for rc. Very knowledgeable staff and great atmosphere! We now own 6 rc cars and the whole family enjoys them.

Would not recommend this place for online orders. I haven t received my order and there is no resolution in site. Lucky It is only going to be a 20 dollar loss. First and last time placing a order with this company
