Massage it s self was soso. Iv had better but not the worst. Staff was friendly, front desk and massage therapist. Therapist wore gloves which threw me off at first. Definitely felt weird and the sound bothered me but I m sure there was a good reason she didn t want to use her hands. What made me angry was the length of the massage. I pay monthly for a 60 minute massage. 50 minutes on hands on and 10 for clothes change. My appointment was at 12. Well I arrived a little before appointment time and didn t get back to room till about 12:05. Then took therapist probably about 5 Minutes to come back. After it s over I check my phone as I m about to walk out the door and it s 12:47. I would say it took me 3-5 to get up from bed and put on clothes and fix my smeared my make up. So if she started around 12:10 and ended 12:45( which I m being generous about since I m sure it took longer than 2 minutes to walk out the door). That s 15 minutes I paid for and did not receive.
