Excellent training. Know their stuff and have the talent to impart knowledge and develop the students skills. Course material, content and delivery were first class!

I learnt a lot about Project Management and would recommend this course to anyone who wants to stand out in the Project world.

It was great to see the hard work that went into our gamification training exercise, The Battle , recognised nationally by the AITD and LearnX. A great innovation by the Learning and Development team at Elemental Projects to introduce the whole of Sydney Water to a new way of working!!! Outstanding efforts and great fun all round!!

"Elemental Projects designed and delivered a high impact project management simulation for group of 180+ project management staff for Sydney Water in 2016 under very short timeframes. They showed absolute professionalism plus innovation to create a memorable event that supported professional development, change management and team building. I would be only to happy to recommend Elemental Projects to any prospective client"

Great project management training that was tailored to suit our audience. Kestrel Stone was an excellent and engaging presenter. It was great to be able to apply our skills learnt in the morning session to the project simulation activity in the afternoon.

I recently completed the Diploma of Project Management course offered through Elemental Projects.

Whilst I have undertaken a range of soft and hard projects during my working life, this course formalised the practises which contribute to a successful project.

The course involved two face to face training sessions of three days duration, supported by assignment work.

The face to face sessions were expertly presented by Kestrel Stone. Kestrel s extensive knowledge and experience in project management was evident during the training. Her presentation style is professional and accessible to participants of all experience levels. She explained complex concepts simply and responded to various questions from the class, often with examples to illustrate her point. Her approach is both structured and creative and she holds the audience well.

The course assignments were very useful for reinforcing the face to face training. Whilst I have used a number of the tools provided in the face to face training, using these in theoretical and work based examples provided opportunities for formal application. I will now undertake certain project management tasks in a more structured way following this course.

Advice was readily available to support participants to complete the assignments. Each assignment received detailed feedback from the assessor and outlined opportunities for improvement. I found their insights very helpful.

The Diploma of Project Management course is recommended to all people that require a structured approach to projects at work. It is suitable for people with some exposure to project management through to those with substantial experience that have not yet received formal schooling in the subject.

Have just completed a Project Diploma taught by the amazing Kestrel Stone of Elemental Projects. I've taken a lot of professional courses in my time, and this was one of the best. The material was highly relevant to the challenges we face in real life, and Kestrel's learning methodology is so engaging that the lectures and exercises were actually fun. If you manage projects (and who doesn't?), I can wholeheartedly recommend this course.
