Company's operations are improving as it is growing with regard to work environment, facilities, and other relevant client and employee centric services.

Stay far away from Raj Dhonota, Igniva Digital, Igniva Infotech, Raj Dhonota Limited, Preseed Investments Limited, Street73, STV Limited and anything else Raj Dhonota is associated with.

Raj reached out to me with the promise of investment into my business idea back in early February of 2018. He asked for a coinvestment from me and was supposed to be investing roughly $100k USD of his own money. The project was supposed to be built within 3-6 months but only a few design screens were ever built. Raj would come up with excuse after excuse on why things were being delayed but after talking to his employees it was because he never pays his employees so they quit. They also informed me Raj does not actually invest any money in the projects he "invests". when I confronted Raj about this and wanted proof of investment he told me to sue him.

It has now been over two years and Raj continues to deny the return of my money despite never investing his own money or building the project. he agrees to return my money and has even signed paper stating so but then just doesn't.

As it turns out this is common for Raj as he has done it to every person he "invested" in which I have talked to which so far is 40+ people.

Stay away from Raj as you will not get anything he promised you and you will lose all your investment.

Company as a whole is good and is best paymaster, flexible timings. I have enjoyed variety of job challenges, being rewarded and achieved different milestone.

This company do not deserve a single star. I am suffering from last 6 months to get my pending salary of 40000 from them. It all started from Jan 2019 when they delayed my salary for 1 month. HR told me that company is not having budget so they will release the pending salary next month. I shifted and started working with some other company. I am trying from last six months to get my pending salary but every time HR emails me about the next date. It is annoying now for me and I am putting this comment first time against any company. I will not stop here and try to submit a case against them so that I can get my money from them. Total fake with no money at all.

I was supposedly chosen among 100 companies that month by Igniva. I met Raj (Igniva s CEO) in France and paid him $7,000 USD!

The project was promised to be completed between 4 to 6 months, which ended up taking 18 months and half completed full of bugs. When I found freelance developers to help me finish the project, whenever they looked over the code, they were scared because not only was the framework old by the time they sent me the code, but equally due to their high turnover rate, the code was touched by many people, a complete mess... In brief, I had to pay and build a new platform from scratch.

Igniva promised me they will help with me with the lawyer to draft the Terms and Conditions as well as the Privacy Policy of the platform, which they didn t.

I lost all my savings because I trusted them, and now I cannot afford building a platform.

Raj Dhonota ignored my emails for the past months.

Beware of Igniva, it is a complete scam.

Please save your money and go to a company which cares about you and your project as much as you do.

Scam company... the owner Raj Dhonota is a con artist who steals money and never delevers projects. Stay far away from this place.
