From start to finish Lucy was so friendly and helpful and went above and beyond to help me prepare for my interview. She was always quick to respond and had great advice! Not only did she keep me well informed throughout the whole process but she also checked in after I had started to make sure I had settled in AND sent me a card to congratulate me on securing my new role. It's the personal touches like this (particularly during a potentially stressful time) that make a company all the more special! I cannot recommend Lucy and the Element Team more highly!

Element recruitment have been great in representing me for roles. Communication has been kept very high and I like how you can see how your applications are progressing on the website as well. Anna took the time to understand what it was I was looking for and has suggested some amazing roles. Tora is brilliant and has the patience of a saint. Tora took the time to find out what type of work interested me as a contractor, hence the interview and subsequent job offer were spot on.
