Element have been excellent helping me with my job search. Grant contacted me about a job that sounded like a perfect fit for my skills and was in an ideal location. (he knew exactly what I was looking for as he also helped me find my previous position!) Charlotte made the whole interview process really smooth and was on hand to answer any questions I had.
