Nice and friendly people in a office! Clean inside at a building and around dock area. Loading pretty fast, ~1.5 h.
Depends on what If your picking up or delivering,( truck driver) there good a getting you off loaded,or loaded.
Nice customer service. Clean restroom and free coffee. 3 1/2 hours to get loaded. It s a bit longer for half a trailer to load.

Ordered a bedroom set manufactured by this company back in June and still cannot get a guaranteed delivery date. Every month I check on it, it s another month of wait. I understand covid makes things slower but I have ordered a whole house and office worth of new furniture since June from other manufacturers and have gotten them within a reasonable about of time. 4 months and still unable to guarantee a date is just bad business. Other manufacturers are operational 7 days a week and for longer hours. Slow slow slow slow. M-F 8-4 when you are severely lagging behind in production is absurd.
