Since I'm not a technical sort to begin with, and don't think the sales staff at Best Buy are either, I decided to use Electronix Computer Center for help in purchasing and setting up a new computer. At Electronix, I received the expertise and service I needed. I got a great computer system and the price was right. I don't believe I could have done better at Best Buy from a cost standpoint. I'm also sure that the recommendations I was given for equipment and software at Electronix far exceeded what I would have gotten from some big box national chain store. Pat Neff at Electronix walked me through the set up of my new system so I could do it myself, but I was also happy to know that help would be available if I needed it. I highly recommend checking out Electronix Computer Center.

I started my IT career at Electronix and learned a great deal in various technician and systems analysis roles in customer service, malware removal, system images, GNU/Linux installs, custom computer builds and data recovery. I now work as a senior systems administrator with a focus in cybersecurity at WPAFB. I owe a great deal to Pat and all that he has taught me and would highly recommend anyone to come here first for all their computer and data needs.

I run a multi million dollar company and Pat builds all of our computers. He designs them exactly how we need them. The few times we have had issues, he was able to save our valuable data and files. I wouldn't trust my equipment to anyone but Electronix. Pat is the best there is. If you want to trust your data and info to a Walmart Computer, you are flirting with stress and disaster. Pat builds a great computer and has been servicing my company for over 7 years. Cheaper isn't always the answer. Especially in today's society. Too many people looking to steal your identity and lives....If I could give him a "10" I would. I can sleep at night knowing that my files and data are safe. My employees and I spend a lot of time writing contracts, payroll, etc. Never a worry about an issue loosing our data or having a slow computer that takes twice as long to accomplish your daily work. Way to go Pat!

I worked with Pat to replace a battery in a Dell laptop computer that is nearly 10 years old. He was fantastic and used a compatible replacement battery I had purchased from Amazon. He also recommended upgrading the hard drive to a Solid State and optimized the current set-up as well as updating from Windows 7 to Windows 10. He also downloaded a compatible Word program that can be used at no charge. Fantastic service! He basically extended the useful life of my laptop for another five years when it more than likely should have been retired for something new at just a bit over $200. I would highly recommend Pat for his professionalism and competence. I plan on using Electronix Computer Center for all my future needs. Thanks, Pat!
