Literally cannot fault them, they are always extremely helpful, whether it's a maintenance issue or a general enquiry. They are always polite, courteous and treat you with complete respect. Best association by far.

Moved in 10 weeks ago and we still have slip and trip hazards waiting to the repaired. We got caught constantly ignored when we raise jobs. Even the engineers coming in from A1 have been expressing their concerns and Cottsway just don t care. Please find another housing association but avoid these cowboys. I will be raising my concerns with the authorities.

A great example of an organisation which covers too large an area and does not have the staff to keep up with any issues or concerns that residents have. If anything, they seem to go out of their way to make the simplest of solutions a difficulty or an obstruction.

A housing association with uncaring staff in offices. Only customer service staff are caring.

So so at best that's if can get to see anyone you go there to see 9 times out of 10 there always a reason or an excuse for not being available or in the building.

Read their Facebook reviews. Says it all really. Useless non for profit housing association that has ripped people off for years. They bulk bought water from Thames Water then acted as a reseller still charging all their tenants the same price. They got massive discounts from Thames Water and didn't pass on the savings to tenants. They merely pocketed the money. Non for profit my arse! Ever wondered why your Water is going to be paid separately now? Now you know! Bet they didn't tell any tenants this............

Cottsway housing are shocking!! They don't care about anything they let people move into properties without making sure everything is OK, when previous owners personal paperwork is still in the property, they lie there way out of things all the time telling poorly disabled people that that have to do everything awothin the new house at there own cost when it actually states differnt in the contract and policy! Absolutely shocking

Typically overpriced considering it should be helping people who can't get morgages yet we pay more than home owners . Once dumped in their property they dont give a flying pig about you,only interested in money and as for getting repairs done good luck yet send ppl round to do random rubbish . Waste of money seems to be top priority. Staff who answer the phone always nice .And staff who come to your home as polite but the whole company needs a good shake up .

After my family was left homeless by a private landlord just after Christmas last year Cottsway have been great. The house is lovely and any work that needs doing is normally prompt. Is nice after waiting an average of 8 months for our private landlord to do anything! Can't fault them, staff are always polite and helpful.

Utter shambles of a company, they will lie thorough their teeth, and conveniently loose paper trails especially if you owe them money. They do not care reform their residents, and are soo unhelpful it is unbelievable, my advice is to steer clear at all costs.

Absolutely horrendous!!! Can never get hold of the housing officer, never called back when promised!! Constantly having issues with the house and Cottsway aren t interested!! Have been fighting for four years to get issues sorted such as taps not working, toilets not working and flooding!! Never helpful!!! No matter what my complaint is, it is never dealt with!!! If I could go give anyone any advice .. NEVER TAKE A HOUSE WITH COTTSWAY

Nice to see they had taken my previous advice about the disabled loo and all the bins, but still too many to get to the hand dryer. Just wish people would invest or borrow a wheelchair and try disabled toilets out for themselves, they might then realise the difficulty.
