PROS - Laid back work environment, company gives free soda/juice/powerade/water etc, they have their own delicatessen.

CONS - If you work the entry level assembly in the SMT/PCB department you will be laid off every winter and work through a temp agency. The manager Wade will lie to your face and say that he won't know about lay offs until September/October but you will end up getting a call in mid to late August that they are slow and don't need your services anymore. Also my coworkers in this department would steal my chair/tools on my desk and never put it back or even bother to ask me if they can use or barrow my things.
