This company's kindness, quality, and product saved my life in 2017. Ventricular Tachycardia is no joke, and they expedited care to me before I lost my life. The agent stayed on the phone with me until the fire department verbally confirmed in my living room that they were with me. I never go without my ECG premier now. Thank you, God and Electronic Caregiver!

Company does not care about it's employees or investors. It's a scam full of buzzwords that will never get off the ground. Invest your money elsewhere.

This company has an amazing vision and will revolutionize health care for the young to more mature adults. People respond so well because this is meaningful work. The growth is exponential, and the future possibilities are endless. Keep it going!

I am a customer of ECG. I had to use PocketMD over the weekend and I received a call back from a doctor within a minute. I was very pleased with the response time and the information that I was given from the physician. I was able to proceed with my medical needs with ease after speaking with the physician and my family's concerns were put to rest. Thank you ECG for protecting me!

Poor management. Their only business end goal is to sell their company(/problems); they tell their workers this. They over promise and love buzzwords. For a "health company", they still had a lot of workers go into work during covid19 when they could've worked from home, and much of the elder management didn't bother to wear masks when going in. Shows how focused on health they really are.
Edit, ~because truth matters~: The owner replied complaining about my food critique of my waffles - which 1. was valid, 2. is only part of the review, and 3. is only negative if you consider 3 stars bad. They also failed to realize that 431 of 500 points is the amount of points I need to become a level 5 reviewer.

This product is awesome and does so much more than just provide quality emergency response for our elderly..It is a medication reminder and guardian angel friend..
It pre- plans the care and response for its patients and family members. It links the medically challenged individual to quality trained medical expertise and advocacy.. We will see the revolutionizing of the home care industry with this one product

Choosing to have a Healthcare related software development company not work entirely remotely during a pandemic is a true reflection of how poorly managed this company is. Happily posting pictures of unmasked owners in a meeting DURING A PANDEMIC is unacceptable. If they are choosing to ignore state mandates and protocols for the safety of everyone imagine what other safety protocols they are ignoring. This company is not looking out for you, your loved ones, or it's employees.

2nd edit - Tony has since removed his initial petty and childish reply. However Tony is still proudly posting pictures of him not wearing masks in the work place while there is still a mask mandate in NM.

OK edit - Tony no one cares that you can read previous Google reviews. Honestly it's kinda creepy that your first instinct is to bring down the reviewer instead of evaluating your company, totally unprofessional and very childish. This review is about you and your sham of a company. Did you know your glassdoor reviews are public? It's full of employees concerned about working in an office during covid. But keep your head in the sand. Dona ana had some of the worst numbers covid numbers in the state and fully reverted back to red multiple times during the pandemic. Oh also I work for you you asshat, I've been in your house in Chicago and eaten dinner with your wife - you know the one who used to be the lead of HR (conflict of interest much??). How tf do you think I'm in the owners group to see the pictures???! Because you gave me worthless stock. So just shut up with your wHaT dO YoU KnOW aBoUT tHe cOmPaNy because honestly I probably know more than you do. You run a pyramid scheme stealing retirements trying to disguise it as investments. Stop being a scammer. There is STILL an active mask mandate in NM as well as limits on gatherings of people - yet you are trying to justify posting a picture clearly breaking these mandates.

I wanted to share my overwhelming appreciation to Electronic Caregiver.

My dear mother has a 4200 device that I insisted she get after my father passed away earlier this year.
Around 9:00 p.m. on Friday July 27, 2020, I received a phone call from Rapid response telling me that she had fallen and needed help getting up. Well, needless to say, I panicked and asked if she was OK? The operator at Rapid was so calm and understanding. She stated that the EMT s were dispatched and asked the ETA of my arrival and color of my car.
There was a rain storm occurring so it took a little longer to get there than I wanted! When I pulled up to the house, I noticed the power was out in the neighborhood. The Ambulance was already there, EMT s where already in the house with flashlights and my Mom was sitting on the couch (thank goodness!). Mom had gotten startled by the power going off suddenly as she was walking across room to get the flashlight and stumbled. Luckily, she was close to the couch and basically fell against that which broke her fall. No broken bones!
The EMTs opened the lock box outside and gained access to the house since all doors where locked. I recommend EVERYONE getting this addition for loved ones living alone seeing that the EMT s would have had to wait for me (or someone else) to arrive OR break the door and lock to get inside which meant my mother lying on the floor even longer!
THE SYSTEM WORKED! My sister arrived shortly after and was really impressed with the whole process.
Thank goodness Mom pressed that button!
