The dishwasher showed error code and after 2 weeks we got one to check it out. Coming in the door is already angry and grumpy. We say that it could be electronics that could be the problem. The person becomes even more angry and goes away

Steer far away from Electrolux, AEG products, I have purchased top plate and oven! Extremely poor customer care !!! You have to send Mail to the Advertising department, they try to find everything possible without giving you the right to switch! Complaints department does not have Telephon, they take the matter only on Mail !! Technician does not give reports to customer and no description! They do not make service report on system! I've got 5 different technicians! They are not honest !!!!! I've had E service and Moss service! Technician calls head office Service and talks on telephon, he get the message from them what should he tell the customer! They have swapped the same parts 3 times !! They have had no equipment, borrow boiler and fill it with water! They have swapped parts every time until warranty and Claiming time expires! 4x time says cook top seems to end the warranty and the case! Long story, ..... Absolutely awful experience! Totally hopeless !!!
Sitting right now waiting in line. We bought all our appliances from Electrolux / AEG when we built houses. Something we now regret bitterly. It has now been three and a half weeks since we tried to advertise the hob that cracked the first time we used it. A large crack right through and it was dead.
In three weeks, they have not even managed to call me, send a technician or answer a single one of my questions. The retailer through whom we bought the product also does not receive any response.
From what we ahr experienced I can only say that Electrolux can in no way be recommended if you do not want endless phone queues, weird explanations as to why nothing happens and you find it fun to be forced to call customer service that does not a single thing to help you.
Absolutely terrible. Oven did not work from day one! After 4 repairs oven still not working properly (burned on one side and not fried on the other). We were denied a complaint on the grounds that all parts were changed. But oven still not working !!! We are tormented 1.5 years !!! We do NOT recommend buying Electrolux products !!!
Was so unlucky to buy an Electrolux product via Ikea's dishwashers. The quality is at a low target, it takes 3 weeks to service a product that does not work. The company should be forced to close down. Edit: 3 weeks of waiting to replace an interior lamp known to leak water. The water flows into the engine compartment and creates a short circuit. Hard to put into words how miserable this company is.
I bought a freezer for 9000, -, 180 NOFR 2020, it became defective and destroyed all my food TWO - 2 times during the first year with all the chaos it causes. The second time, Electrolux would not even cover all the sober direct costs of buying exactly the food I had photographed that was destroyed. Tricksters. Do not buy Electrolux: lousy products, lousy service.
Lousy service. Freezer failed 4 times 10 days ago. As usual, completely impossible to get agreed service. 3 phone calls. Every time promised to call back. Nothing happens. Keeps customer laughing.
