Delicious ice cream with vegan flavors! The staff is also very friendly the few times I have been here. A great Austin staple!

Great ice cream and fantastic service! We brought a volleyball team in and the staff really gave us a show! Highly recommended!

I normally don t write reviews, but I felt the need to do this just because the customer service experience I had tonight was great. Morgan and Maya treated my friend and me so well. They were very welcoming and truly genuine and nice. And it was even more surprising that I visited close to closing time and most places (and employees) are rude by the end of the night or give off vibes that they want to kick you out. Not here. It was my first time here and I will definitely come back again because of these two girls.

Good ice cream but seemed a bit heavy, not very creamy. Sounds crazy but it almost seemed sticky. Great staff, super friendly.

By far, 2nd best ice cream I have ever tasted. The first would be UDF, but the staff is very kind and respectful, the ice cream is amazing and comes in large quantities, and it is unbelievably cheap!!

Went here over the weekend on Sunday night - there was a bit of a line, but nothing bad. The ice cream was decent but nothing extraordinary, but the service was utterly fantastic - the people there were friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I'd recommend going there.

I got Belgian chocolate, it was good and I mixed it with chocolate chip cookie dough! I wanted to put gummy worms but they had gelatin(pork) in them which sucked but other than that it was pretty good!

Best ice cream, best brownie sundae, best key-lime ice cream and the best show when you get get stuff mixed in with your ice cream. Local and awesome!

I am far away from my brother this year and I ordered him a mini cake so he could feel we were there and they even added happy birthday to the bag and sell the candles through Uber eats. I highly recommended! He loved it

Expensive but worth it. Ice cream is so creamy and the flavors are great. Flavors rotate so the same ones are not always there. If you guess the movie quote you can get a free topping, and if you show a UT student id there is a discount. The staff here are always so helpful and nice, even when I have annoying questions. It can get really busy at night, but I ve still always been able to find a seat and the the line moves decently fast.

This Amys features an experience only available at this location. His name is Ian! Like legit all my Amy s experiences have been awesome but he just made it so much better! Fantastic customers service, courtesy call, informative at pick up, his great energy exudes like he actually likes his job and cares about the place he works for! Not something so common anymore. Such an amazing dude I had to come up on here and formally thank him. THANK YOU IAN & thank u Amy s!

Apparently that place opened not so long ago (2-3months ago). We stopped there without planning on it. I do not regret that stop at all. The young woman working there today was just amazing. So friendly and so nice. Such a great service.
When it comes to the products : I am so happy with what I got (dark chocolate, brownie and strawberry). It was perfect! I was a little surprised by the size at first, but it was the perfect size in my opinion.
The ratio quality/price is then amazing. $6 (or so) for the biggest size, and it was worth every penny!

Wow, this is the best customer service I have ever received. The two ice cream servers/techs/wisemen were so friendly, helpful, and weirdly knowledgeable about all facts of ice cream and flavoring. They gave us great recommendations and were the best team. 11 out of 10 stars!

We were unfortunate to have experienced some not so pleasant customer service. I can't think of another way to describe it other than just not friendly to a point where we felt like we were bothering them. Anyway, the ice cream was good which is what matters most.

Ice cream was average, service was interesting. The cashier can catch ice cream with the cones.

I went in to buy a pint and noticed the quality wasn t great and looked on the bottom for a date. The date was expired and when I called to ask what that date signifies, I was answered with a question of what does the date say? It was obvious this ice cream was old and the guy just wanted to make excuses. Poor quality and poor customer service. Only when I asked if they would replace it, did he in a condescending way say if I wanted, he would.

Good assortment of ice cream. The place was packed which says something in and of itself. Really unique flavors paired with a great atmosphere.

Had the most amazing Mexican Vanilla milkshake with Oreo's here. My server Pote, loaded the milkshake with ice cream - tasted so delicious and such friendly service!

Horrible customer service. We were greeted by a blue hair girl and she was very rude from the start. She was raising her voice cause more then 4 people walked in. The proceeded to not help until one of us left the building. Then we wanted to order and she left us waiting in the lobby for over 10 mins without helping us. It took 30 min to make TWO oreo cookie shakes. Horrible service. The blue haired girl was not nice in anyway.

The veggan vanilla is delicious.and the attention is great!!

My experience with Amy's has been great! Customer service is always friendly and respectful. My fav. ice cream is the Mexican Vanilla topped with walnuts. You make right every time. Thanks Amy's and I recommend you!

Happy to have this top notch place in our neighborhood. Even if you aren't able to walk or bike here like us there are places to park your car.

Came in at 11pm and was greeted by the nicest employees, shoutout to Gabe, clayton and morgan for entertaining us. The location is great and the decor inside is nice. They upgraded to a new digital menu, and have cakes and baked goods available for purchase , cant wait to come back!

Today is my birthday, and Amy s ice cream is closed (understandably) after a week of awful snow, freezing temperatures, and power and water outages. I ve wanted one of their ice cream cakes for my birthday and decided I would call in just to see if they happened to be open. The employee I spoke with (I don t know his name, but you re amazing!) told me that they would be closed today, likely until tomorrow. I said it was no big deal- I just wanted an ice cream cake and I could totally wait. He told me to stop by and get one, and that it was his pleasure to provide some cheer after an awful week.
After being one of the households that didn t have water or electricity for all 4 days of this crazy blizzard/apocalypse, it absolutely made my entire day. It was such a sweet gesture and made me love Austin even more. Thank you for being a kind human being.

Amy's! The ice cream is consistently great, with lots of variety and always new flavors. This is a really cool location, nice seating, great staff (!!) and it is always clean. Great job!

Love the new location but 6:30 on Memorial Day should not have 1 guy working. We waited 15 min and only one group of 2 ppl got their ice cream. There were three parties in front of us. It would have been a 30 wait minimum. Uhg! With kids it s not cool.

I was visiting from out of town and a couple of locals recommended I check out Amy s Ice Creams. Took the employees suggestion of getting the Mexican Vanilla and it definitely did not disappoint. Will be back on my next visit!

They can't seem to answer the phone after he tells me to call back in 10 minutes. It's not to hard to answer a dang phone. Lazy people.

Customer service is fantastic! Every time we go here it's always satisfying and delicious. The employees are so friendly and patient with you especially if you're uncertain about your orders.

Amy's is always delicious only issue is the forgot the chocolate sauce but it can be forgiven.
