I think the reviews already speak for themself, but I felt obligated to add mine just to stress how horrible their customer service is.
We purchased a new oven from them and it has been randomly turning itself on. This is not the issue, sometimes you get a faulty product. The issue is that when you call them, they don't answer, they just say they are unusually busy and cannot take your call. You would think if you would hire more people, or at least take messages, but no. So, we emailed and got a similar message that they are busy so expect delays. In the message, they say to try the live chat, so I did. After wasting time on this, it turns out the live chat (that they told me to try) is only available in the US....
So, we like the oven other than it being on the fritz, but the costumer service has been horrible.
Update.....as I was writing this I was on hold and finally got through. Pro tip: don't select large appliance in their menu, select all other concerns. To their credit, the customer service rep was great and they are sending a service person. That being said, for the effort it took to get a hold of them I stand by my 1 star...
