This is my first time trying to set up a company, and really didn't know where to start, so after a LOT of research, I decided to put my trust in 1st Formations to take care of things for me. I wasn't disappointed. The application process took a whole of 5 minutes, and was so easy to do, I was surprised. The packages were great. I picked the one that lets me use their service address, so that I didn't need to register my home address. I did the form at 8am on the Tuesday Morning and got my confirmation through by lunch time the next day (a little longer than the 3-6hrs claimed, but that really didn't matter to me). The actual registration documents and share certificates arrived the next day, with a little surprise in the envelope (cheers guys, Ossian Jr enjoyed those). The referral to Barclays for business banking was done as promised and I got a call the next day. I have been impressed by how easy this whole process was, and would recommend 1st Formations to anyone looking to take that massive step!!
