If I could give the phone service a - 100 I would. Called several times to try and change an address was put on hold several times and when some finally did answer they were snoring, yes actually snoring on the other line. It may be time for another company that can do better to take over El Pasos water needs.
Awful customer service... called because there is this massive sink hole right outside my property hoping they could send someone to check and all she kept saying was you need to get a plumber how is a plumber going to open the sidewalk and street??!! She refused to let me talked to a supervisor and no guidance on a situation like this could have handled.. so, I left a voicemail to somebody called Bernie Cardenas hope to get a call back..
Well I hope we can get water to our house before we move out in the next 2 years
Awful customer service. No notice whatsoever when you are disconnected. This company and its employees are very inconsiderate.
Eddie the supervisor and Lisa the customer service representative were incredibly helpful today. Firstly, Lisa answered my call in 4 rings! Secondly, she helped me understand changes to my account. Eddie was also helpful in explaining some of the reasons why my account status was delinquent and the best way to sign up for automatic bill statements. This was the first time everything was taken care of ! Happy customer (finally). thank you
They make it so complicated when triyng to pay trough an automated system
3 years of no missed payments or non sufficient funds, now due to a miscalculation on my part, there was a NSF and I have to come in person to pay?!?! A major inconvenience for one mistake with zero consideration of an account that s been in good standing long term? Trash customer service
