This was a decent property. There was nothing special about it there was nothing that stood out it was kind of old and dated. The room was pretty small but the bed was comfortable. The gym was clean and empty which was nice and the pool was dirty which was gross. The walls were also pretty thin I could hear the guy snoring in the room next to me.
Enjoyed the room, their beautiful pool and the massage we got from Norma very friendly and excellent. Was sad we didn't get to dine at their bar restaurant but overall had a Lovely time.
Wow! So happy with my stay! Got this hotel for a wonderful rate at . I like this hotel and I'm extremely grateful I stayed here for much less than what I generally spend.

My stay here was horrible. The room has no fridge, had one trash can with no bags in it. I had two conditioners given and no shampoo. It seems as if the employees/staff stop caring a long time ago. Do not recommend to stay. I would definitely look at the many other hotels around it. Save your money and effort to want to get something nice from this property.
Rooms are badly in need of renovation, no refrigerator, and a coffeemaker sans the coffee. There's no coffee available in the lobby until at least after 7am. All of the vending machines and ice makers are broken, on every. single. floor.
My stay was overall a great stay. Mrs. Liz, Carlos and Johnathan were amazing. Their customer service skills were impeccable. They truly made you feel as if you were a part of the family. However, Carlos was rude. He acted as if he didn't want to touch me when paying for my drink from the machine. When asking him for creamer he was passive aggressive and rude. He talks to people as if there are beneath him. When checking out I needed to verify information in order to get mail sent back to my home address and he was so very RUDE. He spoke in a condescending manner as if I didn't understand instructions. I'm very intelligent and a professional and didn't need to spoke to in such a fashion. He will ruin your ratings and business if he doesn't get his attitude together.
CONSIDER STAYING SOMEWHERE ELSE. My issue was simple. We checked in late due to a long day of travel and what was unfortunate was that the shower in our room did not have hot water. We called the front desk regarding this issue and was told there was nothing that could be done since we are only staying one night. No room change was offered, no other solution since maintenance was no longer on duty. This is poor customer service since the one job a hotel provides is a secure place for sleep and the ability to provide a warm shower. This Marriott hotel is providing the service of a roadside motel. BOOK ELSEWHERE.

I always try to stay at the Marriott El Paso when I am in El Paso. I have been going there for around the last 11 years. The staff is always friendly and helpful.
The rooms are probably getting close to needing a refresh and the bathrooms are a little small.
The bar and restaurant are both very nice with excellent servers and service.
I ve stayed at this hotel numerous amounts of times within the last five years. Employees are always extremely helpful and friendly. The lobby and bar/restaurant area are very nice and modern.
My biggest complaint is with the rooms. They feel very old and outdated in comparison with other modern hotels. The hot water is always finicky in the showers where cold can sometimes mean scorching hot and other times luke-warm.
It s a great place to stay while out of town but the rooms lack some amenities like a mini fridge but overall it s still a hotel I don t mind returning to.
