CONSIDER STAYING SOMEWHERE ELSE. My issue was simple. We checked in late due to a long day of travel and what was unfortunate was that the shower in our room did not have hot water. We called the front desk regarding this issue and was told there was nothing that could be done since we are only staying one night. No room change was offered, no other solution since maintenance was no longer on duty. This is poor customer service since the one job a hotel provides is a secure place for sleep and the ability to provide a warm shower. This Marriott hotel is providing the service of a roadside motel. BOOK ELSEWHERE.
