We spent ten pleasant days in this hotel, the exteriors are clean and well maintained,
Unfortunately, the beach is full of seaweed, sometimes we can't even swim, we've known better. The catering is correct in sufficient quantity, sometimes we cannot find a place to eat, too bad the waiters make no effort to find you a place or to clear the tables already used, the rooms need renovation, especially the bedding which is is not comfortable, the bathtub is clogging ..., I think that the management became aware because during our stay they started to change the old TVs with flat screens.
a negative point in particular for the room service which is content to just make the bed, but which does not change the sheets, it had to be asked.
For the rest the staff is very attentive and responsive when we call reception to report a problem.
To summarize good value for money we will come back inshallah.

Good hotel, friendly staff. On the purity of the surrounding area, however, they will have to do many things, which is true for the whole island.

Very big hotel, but needs renovation. Pools were nice, 2 out of 3 slides were working, only one for the last two days, and from 12 to 14 they turned off all ...: / Every day a kitchen from a different country, but actually the same every day with some exceptions. Tablecloths in the canteen dirty, you have to run after cutlery and queue for drinks, wine and beer, they were brought by the waiters as asked. Only one bar is open in the evening, queues to it after about 20 minutes. Summing up the hotel for undemanding people, I personally do not recommend it.

The only comment to make is to go there to see.
For me it was a disastrous experience.
The animation was very nice that's why I put two stars.

But the rooms in these houses need to be repaired and thoroughly cleaned, as there is a smell and there are cobwebs and in general the walls need updating. Like any Muslim country, Tunisia welcomes tips! In season, it is very crowded, just very. And it s not very pleasant when you go to breakfast, or for lunch, or dinner with the whole family, especially with children, and wait for the table to be empty, and the waiters will not run away to look for you a free table if you don t get a handle on it, in general, you can stand like that for a long time, since no one is in a hurry, and this very darkens the impression as a whole. The kitchen is normal, you definitely won t stay hungry, because there is always simple food: rice, potatoes, meat, beef, chicken, fruits were also presented, but they are quickly dismantled. They give ice cream. Seafood was practically not represented, the fish was small, like fried sprats, not very tasty.
The hotel area is large, there is entertainment for everyone. Children's room, mini club, playground for children, even the beach is divided into 2 halves where it is small and not very. In general, we liked it, since the main value is the sea, and the sea is shallow and warm, children were comfortable swimming. The excursions are fascinating, you can go on one or two, but if you have small children do not torment them, it is very hot there.
