It's a worst company to work for as an employee in any department - Development, QA, Sales. You will be considered as a animal rather than a human being. There is no any good things except the cheating management team and their slaves. DSmart Systems Pvt. Ltd. & Cybyte Inc. too are BIG FRAUD Company & shameless management including Neeraj, Ashok & Sravani. Too much politics, 14-16 hours of work everyday. Employees need to work as a slave. I can simply say a big fraud/cheating Company. My Advice to the Management of DSmart & Cybyte: Shut down the company if you don't know how to behave to your employees or how to run a Company.
