Being going there for the 10 years. I have still to eat a better Ice cream. The staff is very friendly and welcoming.

Some of the best gelato I ever had, and you get a large quantity for the price! My favorite flavors were the cookies with orange and dark chocolate and white chocolate pistachio

For lovers of good homemade ice cream, Carraia is one of the best ice cream parlors in Florence, in my opinion. I absolutely recommend it.

I live in Florence and I have tried many Gelaterias and this is by far the best tasting and authentic gelato. My favorite flavors are the cheese cake and the biscotti (or cookies). Also they have great prices!

The paradise of ice cream, in a small place next to the Carraia Bridge, to take a view of the Arno. All the combinations and flavors imaginable. Tubs and cones of different sizes and prices. Fantastic

Mouai bof. Not bad but nothing more. With my wife we tasted the flavors of coconut, dark chocolate, melon, "yogurt and Nutella". The coconut has no interest because it looks like milk and sugar! Where's the coconut? Dark chocolate is good and so is melon. Yogurt and Nutella we especially feel the taste of yogurt. There is a little Nutella with it if you are lucky. I also tasted just banana with the spoon when I chose and it was not very natural.

Of our trips to Rome, Cinque Terre, and Pisa, this was the best gelato we had. Nocciola, fondente, caffe, limone all delicious.

Five stars based on value for money, without a doubt. Their gelato is not the best we had in Italy, but then it cost about at least a third of the price of any other ice cream we tried. They 4 flavours our family tried were all good and at such a low price nobody can have any complaints!

Ice cream very good pity for the rude staff who throws you out a quarter of an hour before closing and who starts cleaning by sweeping your feet and if you sit outside and you are not careful you risk the shutter in the head. Worst.

Absolutely THE best gelato of my life. Went there at least once a day when we re in Florence, last week. It was close to our hotel, and they offer single scoop cones for 1 . Still looking for a place that comes close while in Rome...
Sooooo smooth, light, and creamy. VERY good. Usually busy (that s always a good sign!) but the line moves quickly. The pistachio was amazing, as was the black cherry, and the strawberry cheesecake.

I just sent my boyfriend to buy 1.5kg of ice cream (I was wrong, I could buy less as a first taste, I threw away a lot of money) given the positive reviews that talk about natural ingredients
I chose yogurt and pistachio
The yogurt is very fatty and has a sweet vanilla under taste, without any acidity and tastes of chemical powders, if the owner will answer me as he did with the other negative reviews I would like him to be kind enough to publish the ingredients
While the pistachio is green (if it were made with real pistachios it would not have this color)
I don't like leaving negative reviews but this ice cream is not in my taste, and it cannot be defined "natural" but rather "very frozen" (for those who don't know what I'm talking about it is a base that now use a lot of ice cream parlors to save money)

Great ice cream parlor, we went several days and our favorite flavors are watermelon, pistachio, melting chocolate and peanut. Spectacular and always full but they serve fast.

I ordered the mango and dark chocolate gelato both were below my expectations. I wouldn't recommend this to my friends. There are other very good options in town.

Very tasty ice cream. A little firmer (as in Germany) very creamy and does not melt extremely fast. Many types of chocolate z. B. Chocolate Orange. The portions are very large, so very cheap!

This is my favorite gelato in Florence. It has been three years since I have had it and I think of it often. I am traveling back to Italy this summer and I will be stopping here!

the best ice cream in Florence. it is easy that, especially on hot summer evenings, you can find the queue that comes out of the store! but don't worry, it's worth spending a few minutes in the queue!

I loved. It may seem a bit expensive, but it's worth it for the quality of the ice cream, there was a bit of a cola, but it passed quickly. I recommend sitting down to eat it calmly and be careful if it is hot, it melts quickly!
