This is the best ice cream in the city of several recommended options, here it turned out the most delicious! I also really liked that there are tasting waffle cups. You can enjoy a variety of 1 apiece. The price here is much lower than in the center, and the quality is top notch! I was very pleased! I recommend it to everyone

Homemade ice cream made in the day .. fresh ingredients and tastes are based on seasonality. Great prices, 1 1 taste; 2 for the small cone and 2.5 for the medium one .. the quantities are abundant: in short, it is worth it even if there is a queue! Friendly staff willing to exchange a chat.

Great little shop, found it from online stating they have 1 euro scoops but their pricing ended up being the same as everyone else; i.e. by the cup. I got chocolate mousse which was not gelato at all (they told me before scooping) but actual mousse and totally delicious/light/fluffy! I also got the nutella one, which is chunks of nutella in a base cream that is a tad bit sour. Not my favorite but it's my fault for not testing it first. All in all, good but no different than any other non-chain place I've been to in the city.

My favorite ice cream in Florence! I must say that there are many ice cream parlors in the center but without a doubt this is MY GELATO. It is located at two different points: one is located on the "la carraia" bridge and the other in "holy spirit zone". Both are valid. I, however, prefer to enjoy its ice cream on the bridge .. the choice of tastes is vast. The wait is long enough, especially during summer afternoon hours. The staff is friendly and helpful. Excellent knowledge of English too. Go and you will not regret it!

A "must" for ice cream lovers. The waiting time will be rewarded. It is not by chance that there are constantly queues. I'll be back! A "must" for ice cream connoisseurs. Waiting time will be rewarded. It is not by chance that there are constantly queues. I'll be back!

Delicious ice-cream with many flavours on offer, and you can choose so many different sizes of recipient to have it in that it boggles the mind. Don't be put off by the long queue, the staff are very quick and you won't wait long. Be warned, it's hard to park nearby.

Always crowded because the ice creams are excellent and you can stop outside and watch the splendid spectacle of the lungs; other nearby ice-cream parlors and similar do not have the same appeal, at the entrance there is always the queue and around you eat ice cream everywhere, sitting in front of the store and in front of the wall. Young and old, tourists and citizens of Florence like me love this place and its great variety of ice creams.

Super nice, patient staff. The ice cream is freshly prepared and that's how it tastes. In the worst case you have to plan 5 minutes more time ... the queue sometimes reaches the street. We recommend!

My wife and I had Gelato at 11 different places in 3 days and this was our favorite. We asked a local girl on the train which place she preferred and she recommended La Carraia. My mind was blown with how creamy and tasty their gelato is. Lemon Shortbread is a unique flavor to this location and that ended up being my favorite.

Personally I consider it one of the best ice creams in Florence. Under the large counter you can find a wide range of fantastic flavors ranging from creams to ice cream to fruit. The prices are very good, considering that we are in the center of Florence and that you can enjoy ice cream walking along the river.
