Always an experience to visit any of the Corte Ingles stores. Specially liked the rooftop bar in el Callao. Pruces are not cheap but quality is great.

I do not recommend buying online at this establishment. It is an insecure platform, there is no follow-up and tracking of the operations that the client makes, therefore this ends in chaos.

- It's a bureaucratic process.
- They do not give answers, they hesitate with their cordial protocols that consequently, they do not give precise answers to your case. If there is a problem, there is no follow-up or communication with the buyer.
- They are disastrous, disorganized, they waste your time.
- You lose money, you waste time.

I made a purchase in October: that it never reached its destination. It took them 3 weeks to give me an answer about the purchase made. They tell me by mail that I will not be charged for the purchase, because I never arrive.

Two weeks ago they charged my bank account with the phantom purchase and today is the day that they have not returned my money. You have to be behind them, waste time, beg and it's an inoperative loop so they can give you your money back.

In the Preciados one, they don't have any column furniture for the bathroom. They are removing many things. And in the one in Callao, they have little else and are very expensive and the staff at both sites don't feel like selling. How different, a few years ago.

Very bad experience since they recently installed the air conditioning but it seems that there is no good prior communication from the installers together with the employees of the courtingles. They installed the air in August. Those who install it tell us that those who put the SPLIT registration box do it other colleagues and are on vacation, they return in September ..., okay. 2 weeks ago I called the department of appliances to give me a solution since, the register box is wide open with all the loose cables and for them that work is already done apparently. 3,000 do you spend to get this service and leave the house like this? Well that's my wall. When are you going to fix it? Or do I need to request part of my budget back?

t is a fantastic department store where you will be able to find most things. The prices are a bit over the market. There is plenty of staff on hand should you need any help or advice. At the top floor there are plenty of food and drink outlets but you might need to wait a litlle to be sitted... But its one of the main places that viseted mostly by any tourist that comes to Puerta Del Sol.. This mall chain is all over Spain and you can always change anything at anywhere in Spain provided you didnt liked it and have the recit.

I have it relatively close to home. I can buy almost anything without leaving the building. Very close to the Plaza de Callao where I have things that are not in it, such as house clothes, furniture, bathroom, books, toys, technology, telephony, etc. And a Gourmet Experience Club where I can also buy prepared food to bring home or eat there, as well as a supermarket, as in Preciados.

Excellent place for shopping, they have everything and the attention is good. There are a lot around Madrid's impossible not to visit one and make good purchases.
