In the merchandise department they tell me that they have a computer problem that I call the first number again to speak with a person in charge. I call again, explaining what her partner has told me and they switch me to men's clothing (they don't know the brand there, obviously because it's not sport), the last person I spoke to gave me two new numbers, of which which one is off and the other one I'm calling while writing the review ... I've been waiting 15 minutes. I have lost more than two hours in checking if there is a product by phone, I advise to go physically ... Because this attention is painful.
