Nefarious telephone attention. I've been calling for two days to confirm that there is stock of a sports product. In total I have called 15 times. I have been referred to various departments: sports clothing, men's clothing, merchandise, directly with the number of the brand I am looking for, I have been waiting more than 20 minutes for each call. In the merchandise department they tell me that they have a computer problem that I call the first number again to speak with a person in charge. I call again, explaining what her partner has told me and they switch me to men's clothing (they don't know the brand there, obviously because it's not sport), the last person I spoke to gave me two new numbers, of which which one is off and the other one I'm calling while writing the review ... I've been waiting 15 minutes. I have lost more than two hours in checking if there is a product by phone, I advise to go physically ... Because this attention is painful.
