Great company! Used them as an authorized repair center for our Brother machine. It was a quick turn around to get my printer fixed. The tech who helped me was very polite and kept me in the loop on things.

I was having problems getting a wifi signal on my 3 story townhome with concrete walls and floors and was considering running wires for better internet, but then I watched the video on Mesh wifi systems and went that direction instead. I am so glad that I did because now I get excellent wifi signal everywhere and it was so easy to do. I learn a lot from your videos and get a chuckle at the bloopers at the end. Thank you!

I came across EK3 when I quickly needed a new computer to continue operating a small non-profit organization. Earl and his team helped us tackle all of the IT issues involved with a growing a small business. He continues to help us with all IT issues. As a small non-profit we can't afford a full-time IT staff member, but EK3 is an affordable solution. I can't say enough positive things about Earl and his team!

From a customer standpoint my experience with EK3 could not have been any better. I called prior to bringing in my printer "that wouldn't print" and my call was picked up on the second ring by a human (small but big victory in my book).

They instructed me to bring it on by. Upon arriving I was immediately attended to and experienced First Class service to the 't.'

My printer was diagnosed right on the spot within 10 minutes (ended up being the driver / software not printer). They gave me detailed instructions on how to remove and re-install the driver.
