From a customer standpoint my experience with EK3 could not have been any better. I called prior to bringing in my printer "that wouldn't print" and my call was picked up on the second ring by a human (small but big victory in my book).

They instructed me to bring it on by. Upon arriving I was immediately attended to and experienced First Class service to the 't.'

My printer was diagnosed right on the spot within 10 minutes (ended up being the driver / software not printer). They gave me detailed instructions on how to remove and re-install the driver.
