The NICEST staff! It was an enjoyable experience all around this Monday morning, from the staff and their pleasant mannerisms and suggestions, down to the food. Thank you guys, Aubrey and I loved it!!

Walked in at 10AM on a Sunday morning and they had almost no bagels. Zero.
I asked the cashier what was up and he said they had a lot of to-go orders and they needed to make some bagels. No apology. No we are currently making some nothing.
Pathetic.

4 people "working" and will let you stand there for minutes not taking orders. Out of everything including plain bagels before noon on the weekend.
There is always something going on with this place. Service is mediocre. When you ask for egg sandwiches it's true they do always ring you up for 2 without even asking your preference. No matter how many people are in the restaurant there is always a long wait to receive your order and I can never understand why. I use to come here so often earlier in the morning and that crew was better but the crew that was there this time of morning was not equipped to keep things running smoothly. There was a whole crowd of people waiting by pick up for their orders. Ordered an all nighter, waited 10 minutes only for the girl to come up and ask what bagel did I want it on. This wasn't my first time ordering that sandwich but either way I told her I want the bagel that it comes on. Only for her to say they don't have that bagel anymore. I don't like how she tried to be sneaky about it. You knew very well what bagel it comes on, you should have been honest and said you guys ran out of the bagels and asked if I wanted it on something different. Wasted all my time waiting for no reason. I asked for a refund and the assistant manager Brandon did not apologize, did not show any kind of customer service to show that it mattered that a customer was leaving his place unhappy. I know there's not much he could have done about the bagel but there are plenty of ways to show some kind of customer service but instead he chose not to ask any questions and processed my refund. The only reason why it's 2 stars is because I would be lying not to say I don't enjoy their sandwiches and some of their coffee but service sucks. Just because this place is on over town doesn't mean they need to bring the poor customer service there, and to be honest with the prices they charge, you can get something better.
1030 am only 4 choice of bagels and 2 was old so I pick just plain..
My husband and I live close to this Einstein bagels. We enjoy walking here in the morning; however, we wish they accepted coupons. We were informed it is privately owned, and they have chosen not to accept them. We would come by more often if they were accepted!
Just read they closed place raw sewage rodents etc on miracle mile scary to think a big name company like that would let standards go makes you want to stay at home!!
I really enjoyed coming to thing Einstein Bros. Bagels. I ordered a turkey, bacon, avocado, on asiago bagel and was delicious. Not only was delicious, but they made it look like the picture and was neatly wrapped. With my asiago bagel I had a cappuccino in which was also well prepared and delicious. Thank you for this nice Saturday morning breakfast experience!
Nice store but does not carry all of the various flavors carried by the larger einstein stores.
The worst plece i never been......very unprofessional & rude people , they don' t know what they are doing ,starting from the cashier Mary C , 3 minutes for understand what i need and realize the order was x 2 no for 1, and the bagel made without any care ......shame of u ...learn how to deal with people , u r not in your project any more even u suppose to stay there, and if can' t find another job......
Service was not good. Coffee was out (it was Saturday morning), part of the staff were "on break", the coffee station was a mess, and when we asked for more coffee we got attitude. We finally had to talk with the manager (who did help us and was apologetic for the service of the staff).

It's a brand new place, not sure about the parking as I walked there, very spacious, plenty of tables outside, nice, little pricey, staff cordial, I would recommend it.
Wrong Item. Put in an order for a Sausage,Egg, and Cheese Bagel and a Turkey, Bacon, Avocado Bagel. I waited 15 minutes in store for them to prepare it. When getting the order the server called my name and repeated my order to me. When I got back to my office to eat, I noticed there was a Bacon, Egg, and Cheese bagel instead of the Turkey, Bacon, Avocado Bagel. Took too long, and then they gave me the wrong thing. Bad Service
Customer service was SO fast. In and out in less than 3 minutes with a line. Donuts are fresh and soft. They had signs to stay 6 feet away and everyone was paying attention and following rules. Will be back!

Honestly my review is more about the service at this location that anything else. The food is obviously delicious but the staff is A. Super rude and B. SLOW AS HELL!!!! I work in the area so I ve come here at different times (though usually before 12) and there is absolutely no sense of urgency among the staff. So come here if you have the time, but be warned you ll be waiting half an hr for a bagel
Been here a few times and was happy. The last visit I had the BBQ chicken bagel. Had 3 slices of chicken 4" long x 1/2 inch wide. The sauce was tasty, but was shocked at how little chicken was actually inside
You got my taste when it comes to coffee and muffins, guys! A great job to all of you! You're strongly recommended!

Was exited when they opened, but now I am disappointed the three times I have been there they have gotten my order wrong, by the time I get back to the office I'm not returning it, mostly my fault because I should check the thing but when I finally get it (they take a bit) I run out of there. The sandwich I wind up with is usually good but not what I ordered, they need to be more organized, maybe a new system of keeping track of who ordered what. It's happened to several others that I know in my office, we go back because there very few places to eat in our immediate area.
On separate occasions (different orders) it took longer than 30mins to to receive my food.
Update: It actually took nearly an hour to receive food that I didn't even order. The excuse was that the circuit went out on the oven so I had to receive something different. And that information wasn't communicated to me until an hour later, because they thought that I had left. Despite the fact that I patiently sat in the same seat and made eye contact with different employees during my entire wait inside of the store. I understand that this is a new franchise, but they really need to get it together fast and quick because they already lost a customer.

They really need to get it together. There's enough workers but the speed in which they work is horrible. Spent 15 -20 mins just to get a bagel with an ice coffee. My order was horrible...bagel burnt beyond belief.
I used to work at Dunkin and it did get hectic but they need to figure out whose good at what station to maximize time. It's really bad in the morning. Carve out 40 mins for a bagel and a latte.

New eatery in downtown opens early at 6am everyday. Great music and fresh baked bagels. Try the Ho Ho mint mocha!
This place hits the spot when I want to grab a quick filling breakfast sandwich! Pastries are good here too, gotta come back to try the smoothies! I got the #1 on a bagel.
Unfortunately, my review isn't good because most of the time that I or someone who works me, goes to this location, either the order is incorrect, the sandwich is not done correctly or the wait is too long. We love the food, but the service at this location is horrible. Management needs to instill in their employees that good service and pleasing the customer is their #1 priority.
From the time this place opened in downtown I've been there really good bagels and coffee . Really polite staff cozy and clean .

Ms B is extremely helpful and awesome but majority of the staff doesn't care about customers. The staff has a very difficult time making orders the way they are requested and even after going back to get the order fixed they still made my sandwich without the ingredients I paid extra for. I've shopped here multiple times and experienced the same horrible service except when Ms B is taking and making my order. I will never shop here again.
There was a string in my cream cheese inside my bagel. Disgusting. I couldn t eat it and feel sick now.
Who knew preparing a bagle could be so complicated it took 17 min to serve 4 people.... oh well they were 0-4 and managed to mix all 4 orders up! Great job guys keep up the exceptional work lol
I've been here twice. The first time for lunch and then to pick up two dozen bagels for the office.
When I placed my order for the bagels the gentleman behind the counter looked at me and then gave me a look of "how dare I ask for two dozen bagels at 6:30am!" I then tried paying thru the Einstein's mobile app so I could get the points and was told that they don't do that at this store because it's a franchise. I'm ok with that, what I'm not ok with is me being treated rudely and the customer behind me being treated very friendly because she was a frequent customer. Shouldn't everyone be treated friendly?
On the plus side, the bagels and cream cheese were all up to par. And the location is good.
I guess I'll just stick to the Einstein's by my house.
Bad service. Did not give me what I ordered. Staff were too busy texting to pay attention I guess.
