Having bought an apartment built by Einar Mattson (bought by private person) the apartment lacked some basic accessories such as wireless devices that are a must to put on the dishwasher. Einar Mattson could not even help me get a new one and the lifeguards need an order to make orders for spare goods, but that's Einar Mattson who does not have the order. All errors discovered later are ignored and referenced: no error was detected during the inspection. But I can not get any inspection protocol from them.

Warning for ugly and sloppy landlord. A recommendation to those who are going to rent from this landlord is to double check and VERY carefully go through the inspection record and the apartment you are moving into. They will not fill in the protocol the same every time and they will charge you for damages that previous tenants caused if they find them at your inspection. They do not renovate and do not think that black mold in bathrooms is something that needs to be addressed.

In overall good landlord. Quick feedback on error reporting and action. The only thing I can miss is bicycle storage that is not available at the moment.

Just that we'm in jail. Almost every month a lady named HS comes to our house and disturbs us with her unprofessional questions. I do not recommend Einar Mattsson as a landlord ever. They do not care about their tenants. We have complained many times to the managers where this is happening is an inappropriate blackmail to us .But but.

The worst landlord regarding renovation planning.
Replacement plus kitchen, bathroom, wallpaper renovation, they intend to do and ask their tenants to stay home under renovation !!! As well as during the renovation period, please state all parking spaces and ask all tenants to find other places !!!!!
They turn on our lives because of. Worst planned renovation.
As a tenant, I do not intend to let them in the apartment unless we get another apartment during the renovation period.

They charge high rents but never reconnect when there is a problem that needs to be addressed in the apartment. The apartments do not have storage facilities, refer to the wardrobe. Around our courtyard, Einar Mattson has built 4 apartment houses, of which 3 are tenant-owner associations. Of these three, one has evacuated the ones living in the top of one of the houses (entered water through the roof), but they have been drained (house three years old). Now they have to dig up the entire courtyard because of the fact that it is raging down in the garage below, smelling smells a long way.

Tried to get the responsible person for my apartment, but she has never returned. It's now more than a half year ago and despite the fact that I have e-mailed several times, left a message on the answering machine and via the switch (they said she is available) she has not returned. I have questions that I can not answer. So unhappy. So bad and boring that they are stunned in their tenants.

I ask why what conditions exist for raising the rent for a room that is 50mkv which is far from the subway, commuter train, bus, the track, which is far from tightly walked streets. then they answer: - because you agreed to this.
So if you will rent a local from these people, then they will raise your rent the way they want and when they want. we got + 50% for the rent of about 5 years.
