A recommendation to those who are going to rent from this landlord is to double check and VERY carefully go through the inspection record and the apartment you are moving into. They will not fill in the protocol the same every time and they will charge you for damages that previous tenants caused if they find them at your inspection. They do not renovate and do not think that black mold in bathrooms is something that needs to be addressed.
