He helped me get the car that I wanted at the price that was affordable. The staff here was amazing and friendly! One of the BEST dealerships that I have been to in a long time.

We've had our Toyota tundra in the service department, these past 2 weeks because it will not start. Keep sending back saying nothing wrong. Happened again today, 5/3/19. Need better mechanics. Tired of getting stranded because YOUR service department will not take the time to figure it out.

If you like waiting way longer than you should for a simple service like an oil change or a tire rotation this is the place for you! If you like spending extra money on things you don t need to this is the place for you! Also no one tells you they only wash your car when it s over 40 degrees out. What kinda rule is that? I would save the money and get just as good of service and take it to a smaller shop that actual knows something about customer service.

We have worked closely with Jaylan McGee to buy our RAV4 Hybrid car from Ehrlich Toyota. When we walked into the showroom, we knew he was going to be great. He was kind, informative, and he had meticulous customer service skills. He was a non-pushy salesman, and that was our favorite part. I immediately told him we weren t buying right away, I didn t want him to call us all the time, and he respected our wishes. We came back 3 times for questions, test drives, color choices, etc, and he was so great to work with. He remembered our names, was positive, business like, and showed professionalism. That meant a lot to us. Someone who took our wishes seriously, answered everything we needed, yet never was demanding. He was a professional, yet also seemed like he was your friend! I fully recommend his selling skills. A+ work.

We felt like we got A+ care, and felt great buying our new car here.

Everyone was bending over backwards to help us. Chad was full of personality and information. He could sell the phone book, he was so personable and kind. Brad was fair and helped walk us through our questions. And Jesse was so patient with us when we asked for a crash course on all the bells and whistles in the car.

We are thrilled with our car, our salesman, Jaylan McGee, and all the other hard working employees, who make what is a stressful experience, a positive experience.

Fantastic!!! Everyone was very kind and informative, they called regularly with updates on my vehicle (in the shop for a transmission problem) and got to the bottom of it within a day. They informed me of possible prices and wait times before starting any repairs; overall I have been very pleased with them. This without a doubt will be the service shop I go to if there is ever anything wrong with my tacoma again.

I usually hate going to shops, I like fixing most things myself; if you are like me and get blindsided with something major like a transmission issue, something that you can t fix yourself. You ll be in good hands here!

Worst car buying experience I have had. I purchased a used Nissan from Ehrlich. Two weeks and less than 400 miles after purchasing the vehicle, I found out that the front seal on the transmission was bad. My mechanic found that out in an hour. It took their mechanics two days to decide that my mechanic was right. They claim that the vehicle was fine when I purchased it, so I am on my own. This is a thousand dollar fix on a vehicle that has barely been driven. I will discourage everyone I know from going to Ehrlich.

This was the easiest vehicle purchase to date. Travis was easy to talk to, and treated me with respect. No hassles, a great deal all around. I have been a dedicated Ford owner since 1976. Not any more! My new Tundra is terrific. If the drive home from the Ehrlich Toyota was any indication I will be driving Toyota's from now on.

Be aware, Erlitch Toyota Greeley service does not ...

Be aware, Erlitch Toyota Greeley service does not follow directions regarding requests for repairs or instructions for service written on the Dropbox envelope. Erlitch charges $260+ for 6 sparkplugs and calls this a "tune-up"!!! Unbelievably overinflated charges. I made 9 calls to Erlitch Toyota Greeley between 0830 and 1500 each time requesting to speak with someone in service, or the service advisor, and lastly to the service manager. Not until I left work early to drive to Erlitch Toyota Greeley did I get a call as I was pulling into the dealership when I received a call from the assign service advisor (Jenna). Extremely poor customer service.

We set up an evening meeting to look at a truck that we were likely going to buy. This was a 30 minute drive from our home in Timnath. When we got there, the truck was not on the lot. It had been taken home by a manager! Needless to say, we won't be buying any vehicle fro this dealer. Obviously poor communication within the company.

Poor customer service. I tried to buy a vehicle here and they won t return phone calls. It took almost a week to find anything out. Would never recommend this place to anyone ever. Not well informed on their vehicles. Leave voicemails daily and have to go in and wait for someone.

Had Ehrlich replace our truck's steering rack, came back a couple days later because the steering was still off and they said it was low tire pressure. Came back a couple weeks later because the steering was WAY off and turns out the front wheels were about to come off due to failing ball joints - they said they wouldn't drive it around the block it was so bad...how did they miss this when we brought it in the other times?? Then, I was quoted one price and then charged 3x the amount when picking the truck up (we verified the price with 2 different people before picking it up). We were basically treated like we were crazy by the shop manager and barely offered any sort of recourse until we contacted the dealership owner. Bad service all around.

Autumn always gets my cars scheduled to my schedule perfectly and Stephanie is wonderful about getting them done within a timely manner. The rest of the staff no matter who it may be,whenever they pass by myself or other people will always have a friendly greeting, and often ask if anything can be done.

Criminals and liars. Refused to honor their vehicle warranty, overcharged on our agreed upon deductible, and claimed they couldn't find a better interest rate after running my credit 8 times!!!! If you insist on going to a Toyota dealership, I recommend saving yourself a hangover-style headache and driving to Fort Collins.

Toyota has been great to work with in both services and with purchasing a new 2017 Corolla! We worked with Chance, Travis, and Cactus and they were super helpful and kind. I would recommend working with them to buy one of the best cars on the lot!

I bought a certified Toyota from Ken Harvey. Ken was the perfect salesperson for me. He was low pressure. Ken took the time to show me cars that fit my criteria and rode along on the test drives to make sure all my questions were answered about the dash, etc.

I would also like to thank Carol Garcia, who works in the Service Department. Carol recommended Ken to me, based on our prior conversations.

When I was waiting to receive my car, a Serviceman walked by. He said, "You are going to love driving that car!" He was right - it is the perfect car for me. Thank you!

My husband and I went to Ehrlich to look for a used car. We were looking for cars under $10,000 due to credit issues. Nisa was very helpful in finding us a car and putting in a credit application anyway to see if we could qualify. She was very pleasant to work with! They were able to get us approved for a 2013 car! I was very shocked. Everyone there was very nice and very helpful. I think my husband and I asked Nisa 100 questions and they were all answered!!! I would recommend this dealership to all of my family and friends. They give you a great chance at getting into a nice, newer car!!!

Jesse (sales) and Jessica (finance manager) were so helpful in trading in our 2013 Rav4 for a new 2020 Rav4, all over the phone and done in one day! We purchased our 2013 Rav4 seven years ago from Ehrlich with a great experience then, and now an easy and great experience as well! They even had a driver deliver our new 2020 Rav 4 to us in Grand Junction, CO and pickup our 2013 Rav!

Service was great, and experience. The folks were direct, respectful, and very polite. I was very happy with how they worked with me on the price with the budget I had. Matt and his team all wanted to make sure the cars condition was great before selling it off the lot. I also had a great experience because I already new through my own bank how much I could afford and was approved for, which saved me 50% on interest. I have been to other dealers not knowing anything about cars or what I wanted, and know it helps when you have a better idea, and information. I would recommend them to individuals who want an honest experience. Also had no idea that Scion was built by Toyota. I felt comfortable asking any concerns or questions, and they were upfront helpful individuals.

I had an excellent experience at Ehrlich Toyota. My wife and I went in with the expectation that we would not be able to make a deal on our dream car due to negative equity that we had in our vehicle. But things started quickly looking up once we were able to sit down and run some numbers. The staff truly cared about us and what vehicle was the best fit for us. I have purchased 3 new vehicles in Greeley from 3 different dealerships. This is by far the best experience I have had. Also I would like to thank Brad our sales guy. He was up front and honest with us through the whole process. Brad was integral in helping us get the best deal possible and for that Brad I can't thank you enough. The bottom line is this is an Excellent dealership if you are in the market for a new or used vehicle please stop by Ehrlich Toyota and give them the opportunity to earn you business.

If you're looking at buying a Toyota and expect to deal with a customer focused staff...go to Ehrlich. Peggy was top notch and was by far the most customer focused salesperson I've ever dealt with - something you definitely do not encounter at a car lot. The entire staff was friendly, energetic and personable. Travis was as cool as the other side of the pillow.

Seriously, if you're shopping for a car and want to have a good experience. Look no further. Do your homework on leveraging the best deal, of course, but end up here to make the purchase.

I am very disappointed in Ehrlich Toyota's Service...

I am very disappointed in Ehrlich Toyota's Service Department. Made an appointment 2 weeks in advance dropped it of the night before so they would have it first thing in the morning. Waited the whole day for a phone call that it was finished never received one. Finally got a ride down there to find out they haven't even started it at 3:00pm.
Called another dealership (Stapp) and was told because of covid I would not be charged for my oil change they extended the free LOF's to 25,000 miles. Then was told for my recall to not have more than a 1/4 tank of gas because they have to remove the fuel tank. Ehrlich did not tell me any of this. So I would of been charged $70.00 for a LOF and they would not of been able to do my recall because my gas tank was full. I will defiantly be going to Stapp there customer service was 100% better.

Very nice people here, who accommodated my strange needs, coming from out of town to get my sister-in-law's car serviced before driving it back to the west coast. They were able to book on relatively short notice and were very kind and helpful. A certain other Toyota dealership on the Interstate was rude and unhelpful, so it was nice to find these guys.

Great experience! Able to get a much better deal on a Tacoma here compared to what I was shown in fort collins. So friendly. They even had a "service dog" named Lucy sitting in my lap while I filled out my financing paperwork! That's what I call customer service.

Drove up to Greeley to look at a used 4-Runner. When I pulled into the lot, I received an email from the salesperson telling me the truck I drove an hour to see was in Laramie. I had confirmed everything with the salesperson and his manager the day before.

Ended up with a hail damaged new vehicle. The buying process and eventual licensing process was just as painful. Ehrilch messes up the paperwork with the DMV. I had to p pay to extend my temp plates while Ehrlich got their stuff in order. Very frustrating experience

Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I feel like they have good selection and variety of product. I came in and was able to test drive a car all by myself because no salesman were available. It was nice to test drive without them. I test drive 3 different cars. I fell in love with one. I did get a reasonable deal on it. I got to say the detail job was a disappointment. They didn't clean the inside of the windows and they left sticky residue from the sign that hung on the inside of the car. There was a low coolant light that I had to make sure they refilled before I left. Also the other inconvenience is that I bought the car late so had to come back the next day to get the detail and the full gas. Then they didn't detail t to my expectations. Added and extra couple hours to an already lengthy car sale.

Wow. First class service from start to finish. We had a vehicle in mind for our son before we went in, so they inspected it and made a number of small repairs before we arrived.

Shaylah was cordial, professional and down to earth - it was a real pleasure to work with someone so open and patient with my questions.

When it came time to wrap up the documentation and payment, Jennifer made that phase of the experience pleasant and light-hearted so the chore of all the legalities went by quickly.

There are more examples that are too numerous to mention here. Suffice it to say the treatment at Erhlich's is the treatment to which I would like to become accustomed!

I traded in my 2015 Toyota 4Runner and I had such a great experience. Peggy helped me with the process and she was very friendly and patient. Her and I connected becasue we had some things in common. It ws so easy to talk to her as well as Chad, the gentleman I signed the contract with. He and I too had things in common. I never felt any pressure to buy any extra things or to even try to bargain with them. They got my payment where it needed to be and I seriously left feeling good about my purchase and great about the people I worked with in the process. I highly recommend that you go there to buy a vehicle. Even my boyfriend left amazed at the experience I received. All in all, this is a great dealership!

We had a great experience with Ehrlich Toyota. Picked up a new 4Runner that we ordered today. Ken Warren and Chad in finance were outstanding. We were in and out quickly, provided all the details, and reviewed the vehicle for operation. Can't say enough good things about these guys. Give them a call for your next Toyota.

1-26-21 Update
I leased a new Tundra from Ehrlich after our great experience with Ken Warren and the purchase of the 4runner. The truck was delayed in transit and Ken communicated every step of the way. When it rolled to the new year, the lease programs changed, but the staff at Ehrlich was able to get me a even better deal.
At delivery they helped me move my Topper to to new truck as well (got the same color truck).
Call Ehrlich, ask for Ken Warren, and experience great service!

I purchased a vehicle from Shaylah in the internet department and could not be more pleased with the experience! She was very accommodating to my schedule and quick with finalizing the deal once I made up my mind. Erlich Toyota was very thorough with reconditioning the used vehicle I purchased, and as a service manager in a repair shop I appreciate that! My time in the finance office was a breeze. Bought a new 4runner back in March with Jesse and it was a really nice experience. He was great at going over everything and helped answer all my questions. He even stayed late to get it done. I've been in twice now for regular scheduled maintenance and everyone is so nice and polite. They really take care of you and make you feel apart of the Ehrlich family. The first vehicle I purchased from ehrlich was a jeep. Not a month into having it, it broke down. Not only did ehrlich only pay for SOME of the repair fees but the finance manager at the time called me and threatened to have the jeep towed if the down payment wasn't delivered that same day. Despite this first encounter, I recently purchased another vehicle from ehrlich. The financer didn't acknowledge me, had my boyfriend signing all the papers ( I WAS THE BUYER) and was asking him about coverage and warranties he wanted for the car, it continued even after I corrected her and said it was my car and I'm paying for it. A couple weeks into owning it, already needs work. Ehrlich refused to do all but one because "anyone can give a recommendation for what needs to be fixed" and they are doing me a one time favor fixing the cv boot on the car. They schedule the service two weeks out. I dropped the car off at 9am this morning, it is 5:40 pm, kids asleep in the nasty rental they gave me, and I have been told since 4:30 they were just trying to put it back together. 9 hours for a cv boot? *UPDATE - next day and I still don't have the car, they told me maybe today. Last night when they gave the car to me I didn't make it off the lot before it came apart and the mechanic said it was because he didn't have the correct tool to do it and what he was trying to use broke. I told Jenna when she called me this morning and she said it was my fault because I didn't want to wait for the car another day!
*Three months after purchasing, the car broke down and Ehrlich told me "you bought a used vehicle" DO NOT COME HERE

Customer service was great! I was greeted and taken care of as soon as I arrived. I had arrived early and I thought I would have to wait until my appointed time, but they took care of me right away and was on my way in half an hour! Super great! :)

I would recommend to anyone that they go visit Scott Helman when they are ready to purchase a vehicle. Scott just wants you to be happy with what you purchase - Best of all, there is absolutely no pressure! He is very helpful and just gives you the facts about the vehicle. He also doesn't try to steer you to a higher priced car. He is very, very helpful - He even cleaned out our old car and put everything in the new car while we were signing all the paperwork!! If you want an enjoyable car buying experience go see Scott and have a good time buying a car.

When we bought our SUV, the deal was made and then they put on a brand new set of tires and a new side mirror housing plus 6 free oil changes. This was after we had made the deal!!! Incredible. They did not need to go that extra mile!

My dude Charles sold me a RAV4 and he is absolutely on top of it. This is the type of guy who walks old ladies across the street even if he's late to work. He's the kind of guy you really want to date your sister, or at least sell her a car mostly so you can hang out with him. No Slick Rick moves, no pressure, just like you'd want if he dated your sister, or sold her a car. Charles is efficient, like German-level efficient, but he sells Japanese cars because he knows BMW can't hang no more. I have his cell number so I could call him any time about cars, or financing options, or if I was kind of scared because I heard something outside my apartment. My plans changed and he cleared his schedule and took a roadtrip on his day off to get me a car from another location 2 hours away. And when I told him how much money I had? He must've hypnotized somebody into giving me a price that would make your last leisure-suit wearing, comb-over-having, too-many-rings-wearing used car guy sweat blood. I'd like to think it's because I'm personally special in some way but I know he's going to bat for everybody who sits at his desk, even though you probably aren't worthy. I'm just kidding. You're probably cool. Just not as cool as Charles. 12.7 out of 5 stars - I will write it here because Google won't let me rate higher.

A truly great experience

I just leased a new Corolla from Ehrlich Toyota, and it was a very satisfying experience. The moment I walked in the door, Samuel Leslie greeted me and asked how he could help. He was incredibly personable, easy to talk to, and did his best to make me feel great about being there. I told him what I wanted, and what I could spend, and he made it happen, no hassles and no fuss. I never felt pressured into anything I didn't want, and Samuel excelled at listening, which is not always common from salesmen. I would recommend him to anyone, and I feel confident that they would view their experience the same way I did... Great job Sam, and thanks for the beautiful new car!
