I go here all the time to get my car serviced, had a great experience purchasing my first car here. But the last two times I've came in I had a bad experience.. between almost getting charged for the wrong set of tires, waiting 4 hours to get the right ones on. An then when it was finally done I was never handed my car key after purchase an it was left inside my car in the parking lot! Not even in the garage that they usually would have had it. Luckily no one wanted to take my car.... the second time it seemed the the person serving me was new an wasn't quit on the same page as everyone else. Which is understandable but a tad disappointing.. other than that I love coming here to get my car serviced.

It took visits to three other Toyota Dealerships before we found Ehrlich Toyota. I wanted a 4Runner Off-Road that was hard to find and even more difficult to get priced right with my trade-in. Ken Harvey made sealed the deal in record time. It was well worth the 1 1/2 hour drive to find them! Next time they will get 1st shot!
Each time I go in I go back for problems! Went in for recall on air bag...they broke coin compartment latch. I went back to get fixed, then I decided to get headlights polished. They changed products and it was bad but no one said anything to me, waited for me to see headlights and call and come back in. So I wasted another of my Saturdays at the service. And I'm finding more items wrong with car...with recall there is a rod out from it's support under the hood do who knows if everything if placed back together correctly and safely being an air bag if I'm already finding parts wrong if it's supposed to be fixed! I already went to the service manager Mark once! Hope this helps you.
They are not informed on what they have to offer. I was lured in with a vehicle that they did not have in their items to finance. I was switched to a different sales person immediately upon my arrival. They then attempted to up-sell me on whatever they were trying to get rid of. Boo.
Service if that what you would call it, was awful! Spent 5 hours in there, left with no car, no deal, nothing! Salesman are horrible! No customer service was apparent through any of the employees and the managers cared even less!

Ken was great to work with. I knew what I wanted when I got there and he didn't try to sell me anything more. He gave me a fair deal on my trade and was very expedient in negotiating a deal on my new purchase. Overall I am very pleased with my experience with Ken as well as the entire Ehrlich Toyota team. I'll definitely be back to Ehrlich when the time comes for my next Tundra.

Ehrlich Toyota fixed my car battery problem the other Toyota dealership (Pedersen Fort Collins) refused to acknowledge and honor.
I have been a loyal customer of Pedersen Toyota (Fort Collins) for over 20 years until my latest unpleasant experience with them.
Pedersen Toyota persuaded me to change my 7-year-old battery and, since then, my endless headache starts. Every 2-3 days I have to drive my car, otherwise, the new Toyota battery goes dead. I visited Pedersen Toyota on an October Saturday and told them the battery problem. I also mentioned that the battery cable is corroded and that is too soon for a new Toyota battery. The advisor acknowledged that the battery was under full Toyota warranty, but otherwise turned a deaf ear to my complaint. He pretended ordering a battery test and recharging and, some hours later, he told me the batter is good, my car is bad. He then pressured me to do a $120 diagnostic test of my car leakage current. When I refused and told him that before the battery change, my car doesn t have the same problem. He replied that all I need to do is to drive my car every 2 days . What a hilarious joker!
I took my car to Ehrlich Toyota. The advisor, Rick Hess, was very nice. He listened carefully to my description of the battery problem and first also suggested a diagnostic test at $70 which turned out to be only $37.50 later. The test verified what I have been telling Pedersen Toyota Advisor repeatedly. The parasitic draw current is only 50mA, so my car is good, the battery by Pedersen Toyota is bad! When I mentioned Pedersen Toyota s I have to drive my car every 2 days suggestion. They almost laughed their head off!
Ehrlich Toyota installed a new Toyota battery without any charge. Since then, I don t have any issue with the battery. Recently I left town for 2 weeks. When I came back, I started my car with only one cranking!

Worst customer service and shadiest company I ve ever dealt with! I bought a Jeep with 18,000 miles on it here a few weeks ago. After the first tank went low 8 days post purchase I tried to refill it and as soon as gas went in it poured out. I purchased a 100,000 mile warranty at the time of the vehicle purchase. Ehrlich looked at it and said it was Jeeps problem. Ehrlich said they couldn t guarantee the work or towing would be covered. Jeep looked and discovered ehrlich installed an after market part wrong. Both them and Jeep attempted to contact several managers for a rental car and permission to fix their mistake no one responded including the general manager after multiple days. I m still with out a car as Ehrlich won t take care of it, I m moving next week, and am a healthcare worker who needs a vehicle to get to work!
I scheduled an appointment to have two recall repairs taken care of for a few weeks in the future. The day before, they call me and tell me they don't have the parts. So I reschedule. While they were at it, I had them change the oil and rotate the tires. They fix the stuff and give me a ride back to the shop, but there is only one person at a desk helping all people get their cars back at the end of the day. I pay for the services and go to my car and find that the rear bumper panel is detached (all the clips are out) on both sides of the car. Did they back my car into something? I don't know. Also, they checked the cabin air filter which required taking the glove box out, and never put it back in. It was just sitting on the passenger side floor.
I went to one of the attendants and asked about the bumper panel and he said he couldn't help me. I had to talk to that one lady at the computer.
There was still a big line of people waiting to get their cars. So I left because I needed to get home.
The next day, I went back and asked about why my bumper panel was detached. The same lady who helped me as the day before when I checked my car in. She looked for my paperwork at her desk and couldn't find it, so she had to go into another room to get it and took a while. When she came back, she said, "these marks here mean that the panels were detached on both sides."
Now, if they had been detached, I think she would have remembered it without having to go into the other room to get the paperwork. It was only the day before. Also, I don't recall those marks being there on the form the day before.
I will not be going back to Erlich Toyota for services again.
Never buy here and less wash your car here first I bought a car and they added to my bill something that I never thought about and lasts 1 month and a half to try to solve the problem, then I brought my truck to lavat and they delivered it to me with a lot of scratches and they just said sorry

Great service as usual, however the service advisor seemed annoyed and would not honor a coupon for a oil change. Apparently a coupon can t be presented after the service and needs to be shown before they work on it which is odd because they have never said this before with past appointments nor do I recall any other service business having that as a policy. Hopefully next time is a better experience.

My truck was totaled and I needed a new vehicle. Did a lot of research and decided that a new 2016 Tacoma was exactly what I was looking for. Went to a few places and ended up at Ehrlich. This is where we met our new friend James. Such a wonderful and honest sales person and was extremely refreshing after visiting other dealerships. We spent two hours looking at options, test drove a truck and talked numbers, we enjoyed James so much it only felt like 45 min! They didn't have exactly what I was looking for but tried to find one as best they could. They got a delivery in a few days after our visit, found a truck that had everything but the color. Turned out it was still the perfect truck, sometimes it requires you to see a color in person for you to fall in love and that's what happened. We were leaning towards black and ended up buying a red one once we saw it up close, very slick looking truck! Sat down, crunched some numbers and settled on a fair price. The next day they had all the papers ready and was painless and effortless. Chris in finance is fantastic as well, calm and collected, making the process comfortable. The sales manager was very nice too. Will recommend to anyone looking for a new Toyota, thanks again guys, very happy with our new truck!

This isn t the first time they ve had my car all day the first time all they did was wash my car and now today they have had my car since 8:00 it s now 3:00. From reading other reviews looks like I m taking my parents to boulder or ft Collins for the next car they want to buy

This dealer does not feel like a dealer. From the get go Dallas took care of me and listened to what I need, he offered the best price via E-mail without me having to negotiate with him. When we made the trip up to Greeley, and walked into the show room it didn't feel like any of our other deal experiences. Dallas immediately brought the car around for us to look at. After that everything went very smoothly from the signing to financing to driving away. I would highly recommend Ehrlich and will definitely look to them and Dallas for my next purchase.

I bought a car from here years ago. Recently. they tried calling me, on the day of my fathers funeral. When I told them such, they did not even express their condolences but rather immediately asked when I was next available to speak. I would never do business with this company again. How dare they be more concerned with pushing cars sales than the empathy of another human being. I am disgusted.
Lacks communication, follow up amd follow through. I would suggest an actual professional business vs. wasting your time and energy with these people.

My parents recommended me to Ehrlich Toyota because they had such an amazing buying experience, being as I was a first time buyer there were a lot of obstacles to get me into a vehicle. No matter what kept popping up in my buying process their team was on top of it. On top of all the obstacles I m a new mom and didn t have a babysitter, so my baby had to come with me and they were super caring and helpful with him. I can t thank them all enough! I want to personally thank Mr. Charles and Ms. Jess, they went above and beyond for my family and I. I would definitely recommend them for having top quality service and a team that truly cares about their customers!
Stay away from their service department!! No integrity! I bought a car from a warm climate and the coolant system was filled with water. I brought it in for a coolant flush before the temperature dropped below freezing that evening. They stated that they can get it done within a few hours. This was great due to needing this done before it froze that night. I get a call a few hours later and was told it wouldnt be done by the time that they quoted, but they would have it done by the end of the day. Well I showed up the next morning expecting my car to be finished only to find that they just put it on the lift. They then claim that I have a leaking head gasket and couldnt perform the flush. I went into the shop to see and told them that head gasket is not leaking and that the engine has a slight leak coming from the timing cover gasket near valve cover. They also left my car outside that night in freezing temperatures. They tried to play me like a fool. Little did they know that I do have a mechanical background. They were just trying to make money on replacing not needed parts from a false diagnostics. Remember I only came for a coolant flush and they tried to hustle me for $ 2500 of not needed repairs. A note was placed on my vin that the head gasket is leaking and customer is aware of it. 100% inaccurate. Now I have to file a carfax dispute to clear that up. Also when I got the car back later that day, i noticed that there was 6 miles put on my vehicle. Is driving the vehicle necessary for a coolant flush? No! Employees joy riding my vehicle? Yes!! Totally unprofessional. They are completely dishonest, and are out for just money, not service. I feel sorry for other individuals that fell for their BS. STAY AWAY!

My husband and I have received the worst service at Ehrlich!! His very first appointment for an oil change after purchasing his BRAND NEW truck - they backed his truck into a lift, blew the tire and messed up the alignment. We've had to wait ridiculous amounts of time for appointments and/or shuttle rides. Most recently, he had scheduled an appointment online, drove an HOUR to get there, and they didn't have his appointment information, so they wouldn't help him. Taking our Toyota business elsewhere.

I have bought three vehicles from this dealership, and let's say I'm positive that I have been taken advantage of being a women. I do not feel I was treated fairly given the business that I have been a repeat customer. I also puchased a maintenance package, which unfortunate circumstances have caused me to move out of state before the maintenance can be serviced on my vehicle. They will not transfer, refund, or put that money towards other services to be able to get my monies worth. Very disappointed and dissatisfied with the service at this business more than once with the service and the financial team.
I had the pleasure of working with Gin Campbell and Tiphanie Camacho and they were both great to work with. Tiphanie answered the phone right at 9am upon opening for business and was able to get the ball rolling on my new car purchase. I woke up that morning with the intent to buy and they took that seriously. Once setup I arrived at the Ehrlic Toyota lot and met with Gin Campbell.
He made the transaction effortless and I was in and out of the door in less than 3 hours from arrival to driving off with my Toyota Camry TRD. It was the only one in the state for sell at the time so it was important for me to secure this car. Gin made everything easy and was transparent on what was going on throughout the process. We even had a couple of minor hiccups along the way and one shortly after but those all are fixed now.
10/10 would buy from this dealership again.

Great people who sell the cars, but each time we have taken the car back in for a service the service has been horrible. They never wash the car completely so I have to always take it to another car wash after I'm done there. For our second service, they didn't want to change the oil because it wasn't due for an oil change for another 100 miles, but they still changed the sticker and charged us for a service! This time when we went today, they told us it was our last free service (even though last time they didn't do ANYTHING!!!) and they also didn't fill up our tires all the way OR, once again, finish washing the car. They also treated us like we were stupid because of the sticker having been changed last time but no oil having been changed, as if it was our fault somehow! Thank you for the good deal on the car but we are NEVER coming back in for any services.

I just purchased a new Toyota Camry at Ehrlich Toyota in Greeley. The shopping, negotiating and purchasing process was the most positive vehicle purchasing experience I ve ever had. It began with sales consultant Sinjghen Gin Campbell and finished with business manager Chad Reiss. No pressure, relaxed atmosphere, comfortable. Gin was will informed and provided a wide range of varied perspectives from which to view relevant considerations. Chad was courteous, thorough and efficient in finishing up the transaction. I am traveling from Yakima Washington to visit my first great grand baby when my service light appeared. Being 70 years old and traveling alone often I feel it's important to maintain my vehicle. Over the years I have used many service shops but Since buying my Tundra I have only used Toyota. They have never failed to give me good advice, educated me, given options and excellent prices for excellent work. My experience at Ehrlich Toyota yesterday met my expectations. It was a comfortable environment with refreshments provided and staff to help pass the time. These people have proved to be knowledgeable, honest and skilled. I wound trust them again!!
Very curtious and helpful staff. Everyone went out of their way to take care of me. Would have received 5 stars but the original vehicle I wanted was supposed to be shipped down from Wyoming but it got sold out from under me so when I showed up it wasn t there and I chose another vehicle just not quite what I wanted though.
We drove from Boulder to Greeley to buy a Toyota Highlander Hybrid. We had purchased the car via the online sales department. When I first arrived a service advisor was very rude to me, so that gave me a bad first impression. Another advisor overheard her and apologized for her actions, thankful this was the advisor who would be helping me with my car repairs! Zelene was very kind and informed me of what I needed to know and of accurate pick up time. The shuttle driver was also kind and helpful. The in depth inspection completed by the mechanic let me know of any issues with my vehicle.
