I am so dissatisfied and frustrated regarding their products. All of the products I bought got problems before six months. I even have four extra waffle chair pads that was given to me by my friends, still worn out so quick.
Their Customer Service can't do anything nor I can't return it anymore. Keana, one of their Rep. promised me to send one waffle chair as a courtesy, but until now, nothing sent. I called and left messages, but no response at all.

We bought this mattress for my mom just over a month ago and it sprung a leak already. We were told from the store we bought it from it only has a 30 day warranty. What a piece of garbage my mom only weighs 140 lbs can you imagine if someone at the max weight slept on it. Don't buy this mattress it's a waste of money.
It's a sad day when you call a company and the person who answers the phone can't tell you about their products. It's especially frustrating when you have to push them to actually do their job. It's time to upgrade that customer service, EHOB.
