I am so dissatisfied and frustrated regarding their products. All of the products I bought got problems before six months. I even have four extra waffle chair pads that was given to me by my friends, still worn out so quick.
Their Customer Service can't do anything nor I can't return it anymore. Keana, one of their Rep. promised me to send one waffle chair as a courtesy, but until now, nothing sent. I called and left messages, but no response at all.
How poor and how chief their products are! I can't recommend them to consumers bec. their products can't stay long and that quality is so bad.
