You should take my comments as a assasment. u can see your personell in the picture, they are always there, these cars waiting on the bike way are your guests, not mine, not other hotel, and your personel does not do anything.
You should check your some policies.

There s an underneath garage where your vehicles are safe . Top of the roof there s a great view of Izmir , you ll be able to see all the new skyscrapers ..... Izmir is a small Manhattan !!!!

My husband and I decided to stay at Izmir before his business trip. The day I was leaving we went to Ege Palace (my husband's company works with them). Since mu flight was in the evening 22:20 PM wanted to leave my luggage at my husband's room. The receptionist stopped my lift and insisted on getting my id, as if my intentions were different. I felt very bad I have never been insulted like that, also my husband felt very sorry. It is not the way Turkish people behave, Ege Palas should be ashamed. I would never stay at that place. No one deserves that insult. My husband also felt as if we was bringing a woman to his room. There are many different hotel options in Izmir. Dont choose this place. #EgePalas #alsancak #hotel #insult #rudeness

The hotel is not as old as a place to stay but my wedding was at this hotel and I got very good service. Staff were very helpful and refreshments were very tasty. I had a violin and guitar at my wedding but only a week later I was at a cool wedding in the same hotel. The sound system is not very good. The place was small and the sound was very uncomfortable.
