I used to work in Birkdale Village and frequently heard how great this place was, so I took a good friend of mine along with my girlfriend to dinner. We had an amazing meal (probably ate too much) and the service was outstanding. We have been back multiple times since, and enjoy taking friends that come to town to visit out to something you can't find anywhere else! Keep up the good work!
These guys deserve the high marks, definitely one of the best places in the area. The seafood is noticeably fresher than most and the service is always great.
The kids meals here are the best! Well balanced and so yummy! My daughter asks to go back weekly!
Prices are high because in Birkdale food ws good but Sam I was ridiculous expensive good for 1 time but if I way sushi and saki I don't need the in crowd at birkdale

Best sushi in Charlotte! This is my go to for good sushi in the area. Their service is great and outdoor area is lovely.

Bust sushi in Charlotte. The thing that sets this place apart is the staff. Everyone who works here is kind, personable, and interesting to talk to while not intruding if you have a romantic dinner. We go there as often as possible!

Mongolian Beef Bento box with firecracker roll. So delicious and filling. Behind is the Thai chicken curry noodle bowl. It was also so very yummy! The service was excellent (thank you April) and informative.
We celebrated two birthdays and the provided two free deserts (full) from the menu. Everything was fresh and delicious! We will be back again!

Take fast food (but adding , clean enviroment, a good wait staff, ambience just right... And you have a decent meal. One suggestion for the staff... Please stop pulling your out of place facial hairs, hair bumps or squeezing whatever it is on your face!!! Just think how you would feel if you were to see the same actions around your food!
This is one of our favorite restaurants. The crab and lobster spring rolls are to die for! We went there on a Wednesday around 730 pm and we're told there was a 45 minute wait. I think this is a little unusual for a weeknight but we were very willing to wait. We proceeded to the bar to find just one seat available. I sat for 10 minutes while the bartenders ignored us and then waited on a group that sat after us. When I brought this to her attention she unapologetically threw a drink menu in front of me and walked away. My husband and I were so off put by this that we began to walk out. We were outside of the building when the manager, Chris came out after us and apologized for her rudeness, bought us a drink, sat us at a table and thanked us for coming back. Kudos to you Chris, you saved loyal customers and are quite the gentleman! We will always come back!
Not my first time here by any means but it s always been the same every time.
Food is on point but the service is average at best. They will not put in any extra effort to make you feel welcome or cater at a level this place deserves. Don t come in here looking for a smile, a compliment, or even a polite gesture. It s like a staff of programmed robots that put in just enough effort and energy to do their job (Host, server, and bartender). I ve seen better at Olive Garden. Again, the food is amazing but the experience as a whole is not.

Have been a number of times and would definitely go back, the Sushi is brilliant, and the noodles are great. Atmosphere is busy and full of energy and the staff are always on hand to ask any questions and help you through a varied menu.
Looking for great sushi this is a place to hit up. Lots of choices will not get bored with the menu that's for sure.

Food and drinks are always delicious! Please try the Seared Tuna with a little extra sear on it (unless you like it more pink). The salad/dinner portions are huge (more than enough for two)! Great place for date-night. You can order up the menu and share without busting your budget. Enjoy!
My boyfriend and I came with my son to have a late dinner. Michael was an excellent server who knew all about the menu and what to recommend. Food was very delicious! Flavorful and they give you the perfect amount. It was a great experience. My son s 4th birthday was the day before so they came out with a slice of cake and sang for him and let him hit the gong.

eeZ is probably my favorite restaurant in Birkdale, but that also often makes it the most popular place too. You can typically expect at least a short wait on Friday and Saturday nights. Other than that, the food is great without being too pricey, and the staff is always surprisingly friendly despite how busy they are.
If you want something good to try, pour some of the crab rangoon dip across an order of the Mark's Roll.
My favorite sushi spot in the Charlotte/huntersville area. Come here with co-workers often and the food is great, service is always on point and quick service.

Love the food and atmosphere here most of the time. They need some sort of noise abatement treatment or white noise generator because it can be so loud your fillings vibrate sometimes.
My husband and I are new to the area and like sushi and wanted to try the ramen since it seems to be one of the only options in the Lake Norman area for ramen. The sushi was amazing. Big servings of fresh delicious fish. Definitely go here for the sushi. While we were excited they had a "marinated" egg, the ramen did not live up to the ramen shops in Houston & Austin. Even the marinated egg lacked flavor. If you're into ramen and looking for a fix this is not your place. We will definitely be back for the sushi and probably try some other dishes on the menu too!

Everything on the menu is fantastic! All of the servers and staff were friendly and great. The food is delicious and the outdoor patio makes for a nice evening out.

This is the first time at this restaurant. My first impression had me slightly worried due to small line of 3 people waiting to enter their name for a table and I was the third person. The individual who was at the front of the restaurant disappeared for several minutes which made me wonder what is going on. Once we where seated in the covered and heated area things got better. The food was great and the service ended well. The staff was very accommodating as my friends ordered spicy tuna rolls and did not expect a chunk of tuna. The staff changed the sushi with no problem. Will I come back, Yes.
This has been my favorite place for sushi for many years!! Everything is amazing but I can never say no to the blackened tuna nachos. I live in Dallas TX now but I went back to Charlotte for my birthday last weekend and had to visit! I brought my boyfriend and our service was amazing. Always beyond impressed by this place!!
One very small thing- the blonde hostess who sat us was wearing leggings as pants and a backless shirt with her bra on display.. like she has just rolled out of bed. Kind of strange for such a classy place.

First visit back here in a couple years. We enjoyed every part of our lunch. Decor was comfortable and cozy. Recommend asking for the room next to the bar - the first room can be a little busy and chaotic. Started with the Tom Yum soup, nicely spiced.
We had two rolls - The Stick and Crunchy Shrimp. Both were fresh, well prepared and tasty. Liked that they cut the bites smaller.
I had Kung Pao Chicken and my wife has a Mongolian Beef Bento Box. Both were excellent. They prepare a fun Bento Box.
I liked that the Chinese dishes were lightly sauced, much less than a normal strip center Chinese place. Veggies were fresh.
Our server was great. Made recommendations, was attentive and friendly.

Fantastic sushi. My card was charged twice, 20 minutes between the charges. Not sure how that happens but management worked with me to correct. Would definitely go here again.
