Excellent place!! Everything here is worth every penny!

Went out for a birthday dinner for my mother with my partner. Our Crab Rangoon dip was fantastic. I have to say, I won't be ordering the same thing again, but I can't blame my picky taste buds on the chef. The bento boxes ordered by my other party members tasted great with hefty portions. There was however, a small hiccup with one of the bentos but was quickly addressed. Can't recommend this place enough! They get busy even on weeknights but the wait is definitely worth it. Will be returning for sure!

Had a wonderful time for dinner! Delicious calamari, pork belly buns, and pork potstickers, oh my! Our server Amy was awesome and made sure we had plenty of drinks and desserts! This restaurant does not disappoint!

Fabulous restaurant--great spot for lunch with friends while shopping, after movie cocktails, or a great date location. The food is amazing with a large variety of entrees from which to choose. The cocktails are perfect--equally balanced on flavor and potency. Fabulous!

We had an excellent first visit. We tried the crab rangoon as an appetizer, followed by Doug's filet roll, a mango and avocado roll, and an order of the Mongolian beef as well. My wife and I shared everything and loved each dish. Good wine and beer selection as well, with local selections. April was friendly and described each dish very well. New favorite spot!

Best sushi in Huntersville...maybe even Charlotte, hands down. Everything was super fresh and prepared absolutely perfectly. Great service, too. Highly recommend.

My family of 7 having been going to Eez since it was called Zing. The food has and is always excellent but the service tonight was really the first time it has been sub par.

Our waitress was fine but they lowered the lights so much you almost couldn't see across from the table.

We sat up front to the left of the bar.

After asking our waitress to see if they could increase the recently reduced lighting, she came back and said the manager said no, it was mood lighting.

Mind you the only other people sitting near us also complained.

Very disappointing and not what we would expect from our favorite sushi place.

First time here and have tonsay I was extremely happy and will definitely be back! The food was super fresh and delicious and the service was fantastic. Liz was my server and even though she was busy with a number of tables and I was sitting at the sushi bar, I never once had to wait for a thing and had excellent service. Friendly, knowledgeable, and a great personality about her. Definitely give eeZ a go and I'm sure you'll be happy as well.

Nothing like having an excellent dinner, strolling down the boulevard in Birkdale Village, then catching the 9:50 pm showing of "A Star is Born" with Lady Gaga and Bradley Cooper with your lover! What a fantastic night out...

Expensive and I have had better sushi, but that isn't what this place truly is. Step outside your go-to sushi order and experiment with the fusion items, you won't be sorry!

You'll be hard pressed to find something you won't like here. Service is usually great as well.

I love this spot. I haven't been in a long time and was excited about alot of new items I had not seen before. The Poke dip was wonderful. I had my favorite rolls. Know that the rolls here are not small. Oftentimes one roll can fill you up and two will leave you stuffed. The sushi is always so fresh and the chefs really take their time with the preparation. There are plenty of other food choices if you are not a sushi fan. Go! You won't be disappointed!

By far the best sushi I've ever had. The service was fabulous. Our server,Tyler, was super sweet and did an amazing job. Brad (I think that was his name), the manager, visited our table and was also very nice. I highly recommend it and will definitely be back.

Who knew, great sushi in Charlotte! I had the sashimi which has to be fresh, and it sure was. It's a big restaurant and service was excellent.

Delicious sushi rolls, especially if you like panko fried options

Fantastic atmosphere and food. Had some issues and the manager treated us like gold . Got to try the Itsy bitsy drink addiciting raspberries and magic. great for a date night or family.

Came for an early dinner on a Friday night. The place was busy, but we were seated right away. Service was attentive and fast. The potstickers were great. Our sushi rolls were good, but possibly a bit overpriced. We will likely return to try out their other rolls and dishes.

A bit pricey but the quality of the food and service makes it worth it.

Food was excellent i had seafood fried rice, Firecracker roll and a side of bok choy stir fried w/soy sauce which is my favorite veggie and EVERYTHING was excellent... my second visit here... No complaints and the waiters were quock and efficient. I keep bringing new friends each time. They loved it as well.

Love this place, atmosphere is cool. You have to enjoy the Ipad check-in, then they text you when your table is ready...Aloha roll was great, the tuna nachos to die for. Casey its always a pleasure to have you wait on me & my fiance.Thanks again for the customer service.

They're a little on the pricey side, but the portion makes up for the prices.

Eez is at minimum 5 star. I would give them 10 all day.

Walking in, the place smells like the sea. The Cucumber-tini is so refreshing and a perfect paring with the spicy flavors. Sushi was perfect and beautiful. Loved it.

Went eeZ last Saturday with friends. We arrived around 11:50am. We decided to share a bunch of sushi. Everything was delicious and service was good. Glad we went earlier because this place gets busy. The worst part is the parking. I will definitely be back there are more yummy items to taste!

When my husband and I lived in Cornelius we used to be frequent flyers here. Food was always great, service was on par, atmosphere is clean and modern. I will note a slight decline in quality since Bobby (former head chef who was amazing) left. There were however some slight improvements to the menu when new management took over. There was a great shake up with the cocktail menu and there was a healthy rotation of local craft beers.

Since we were back in Charlotte for a quick visit, we had to stop in on our old favorite place. We got the usual friendly greeting and seated promptly. Our waitress was Katie. She didn t seem very happy. She took our orders. Everything came out in a timely fashion. My sweet tea was turned into a unsweetened tea as I got my refills. I didn t complain. Katie seemed to be having a bad night already and I didn t want to bother her with something simple. Our food was on point though. We got the pork belly steam buns (which were super delicious), the bento box and the impersonator roll (not on the menu). Everything was delicious, and no complaints. Just so much food we couldn t finish it all. Just as good as we remembered! So happy we came back! We will come again if we get the chance.

The reason I m giving 4 rather than 5 stars is for Katie s poor attitude. You shouldn t let your bad day affect the customer service you give. We pay good money for good food AND service. She really must have had something going on because it wasn t even busy at the time we came (1630) and the manager had to bring our our food. The guy isn t a server so of course he forgot our soy sauce dishes which I had to ask for. Also, I was very disappointed to see that the local craft beer rotation stopped. It was exactly the same as was it was last year when we last visited.

This is one of the best asian food in the Lake Norman area.

boxes are a must. They give a really good size portion allowing you to try a few different items.
Parking can be tough so plan ahead. This is a perfect lunch spot though and they have outdoor seating.

Great hangout for Birkdale crowd. Great sushi, and wine. Nice outdoor patio. Nice selection of entrees. Bar scene attracts Nascar celebs. Can be very noisy. Staff well trained, friendly and knowledgeable.

The best sushi and rice and noodle bowls in the Lake Norman area. Be prepared to wait if you don't go at an 'off' time. Usually high volumes but great for families with kids.

Everyone I go here it's always the same. 15 years or so this place has been on point. Great sushi and great environment.

Would have been 5 star if the had salmon skin sushi. Everything else was delivious.

I have yet to have a bad experience at Eez. I have an allergy to shellfish and can't have lactose. They are super helpful and take extra precaution to accommodate my food restrictions. They have a diverse menu and to be honest, I've never ordered anything I didn't like. They have many customizable options, like the build your own bento box, stir fry bar, and custom sushi rolls. My favorite go-to on the menu for a filling meal is the Thai Coconut Curry with chicken. Also be sure not to skip the appetizers, the Spicy Poke dip is to die for!

Mediocre food and service. There are far better Asian restaurants in the area.

This is one of my favorite sushi places! The staff is very personable and attentive. The sushi is treated like art, and they have great appetizers! The tuna nachos appetizer is to die for. This makes such a great lunch spot or dinner date night. And the location is fantastic too.

Being vegans (strict vegetarians), my husband and I always appreciate a place that will allow us to customize our orders. eeZ is our restaurant of choice for all of our special occasions: birthdays, anniversaries, holidays, etc. We love treating ourself to their custom sushi menu. Their extensive list of fillings creates endless vegetarian options for us. In all of our custom sushi orders, they've always correctly filled them. The service is impeccable. While the menu looks pricy, if you order vegetarian, it's pretty inexpensive. It's the sashimi that is expensive. We've been to eeZ many times, and never had a bad experience. Make sure you get reservations. There's always a long line for the best sushi place in town!

First time visiting. Pleasantly surprised with the menu options. Great portion size. I had the shrimp stir fry with bulgar noodles. It was delicious.

Lime hot water to start. The rest, a unique and very pleasant experience.

REALLY good sushi, and great wine selection. only problem is it's a little pricey.
